Anthony's POV

After shopping at the store, I drove back to the smosh building. I saw Ian walking back into the building, so I ran to catch up with him. "You won't believe who I saw," I said to him. "Who?" he asked, opening the door for us to both walk in. "Lina."Lina who," he questioned me. I stopped walking. " Lina....Catalina Vélez" I said, shocked he didn't remember. Ian stopped and turned to look at me. He thought for a second, and then his face brightened up. "Oh, shit Lina you saw her." "Yes, " I said, replying to him. We walked to Ian's office, and we sat down. "How is she?" Ian said."She's good she has a kid now he's really cute looks just like her." "Wow we should all get together sometime it's been too long." He said eating his food he had. "I have her number. Want me to ask her to meet up."Yeah, for sure, " he said excitedly. I got out my phone and started texting her.

Lina's POV

When I got home, I immediately started baking the cake a customer ordered for my shop. I had Carter in a bundle strapped to my chest as I bounced to calm him down while I made the cake. I put the cake teirs in the oven, and my phone vibrated. I grabbed it out of my back pockets and looked at the message it was from anthony. "Hey Lina, me and Ian were talking, and if you are free, we should meet up tomorrow." I smiled at the text. We were really close, and I had missed my friends. I looked at my schedule and and after I dropped the cake off to my customers, I was free till the time I had to open my store. I texted him back "Yeah I have some time tomorrow where should we meet." I put my phone down, waiting for a response." There's a cafe near the smosh building. I'll send the address." I smiled at my phone. I was so excited that I responded right away. "Sounds good. See you then." I put my phone down and started mixing the frosting for the cake.

Anthony's POV

I put my phone down and grabbed one of Ian's chips. She said she could meet us tomorrow. "Cool," Ian stayed silent for a moment. "Do you think she's still married?" I thought for a moment."I don't know. I didn't ask her." Me and Ian both agreed we didn't like her husband. Even when they first started dating, he just gave off weird vibes. She never admitted why she cut contact with us, but I had a hunch it had something to do with him, and that pissed me off. "I hope she's not, but if they are, I just hope she's happy." Ian said,"Me too, " I said, going on my phone. Ian looked down and smirked. "If she's single, would you go out with her." I paused for a minute."What are you talking about? " I said, sitting back. "Bro, be honest with me. You liked her if you weren't with kalel, and she wasn't dating jerk face. Would you have thought about dating her." I thought for a moment I did like her at the time, but I don't think she liked me back. Plus, I didn't want to ruin our friendship over a dumb crush. "I don't know. I never really thought about it." "Well you should. You never know what could happen," he said, scrolling on his phone. I got back on my phone but just kept thinking about what Ian said, and I just kept asking myself if we both were single at the time, would we have dated back then.

THE NEXT MORNING

Lina's POV

I heard my alarm ring. I turned over to turn it off. I groan, knowing I have to get up. "Mamamama," I smile as i hear Carter babbling from his crib. I turn to the other side and see him standing in his crib. As soon as he sees I'm awake, he giggles. "How long have you been up, sir?" I ask him as I get up and walk to his crib. I pick him up and give him a kiss on the head. My phone vibrates as I get a message from my babysitter. " Sorry, I will not be able to make it today. My mom's having surgery." I text her back saying it's fine and to take a couple of days off. I texted anthony, telling him my babysitter canceled and Carter is coming with me. I sighed and looked at Carter. I guess you're coming with me today. He looked at me and giggled he so freaking adorable. I went downstairs to put him in his highchair and made him breakfast. As he ate, I went upstairs to get ready. First I got dressed I put on black ripped jeans, a white hoodie with my chunky convers.(the outfit at the top picture) I put on gold hoop earings and just threw my hair in a clawclip and went to do my makeup quick. I picked out Carter's clothes, a grey tracksuit, and his Jean jacket on with Hightop Nike shoes. I go to the kitchen and bring him to my room to get a dress. "Crap" I look at the time and remember I have to get this cake to the wedding. I rush downstairs and put Carter in his car seat. Then I ran to get the cake and walked it slowly to the car. Once I secure it in the trunk, I drive to the wedding, making sure to drive steady to not ruin the cake. Then finally I arrive at my customers wedding. I go in and drop off the cake. I get back in the car and look in my mirror at Carter he smiles at me. "Well, Carter, you ready to go see Ian and Anthony."

Anthony's POV

I woke up to a text from Lina saying her babysitter was canceled. I texted her back saying "it fine I'm pretty sure Ian would want to meet him." I pop in the shower quick and get dressed. I texted Lina the address, got my keys, and drove to meet Ian at the smosh building before meeting Lina. As I get to the smosh building, so does Ian. We talk for a bit as we look at the time and realize we should start leaving for the cafe. Ian decides to ride with me since after we're coming back to the building. We start driving, and once we arrive, I park quickly and go inside. Lina's not there yet, so we decided to sit at a table and wait for her. Then we hear the bell on the door ring, and we look up and see Lina with Carter walking over to us.

Lina's POV

I quickly rushed over to the cafe. anthony gave me the directions to. I park my car and grab Carter out of his car seat. I walk through the door, and the bell rings. Anthony and Ian look at me. I smile and walk over towards them. Ian gets up and gives me a hug. I hug him back. " it's been too long Lina aw is this your son he's so cute."It's been a quick minute, hasn't it? And yeah, this is Carter." I say, looking at my son . "Sit down," Anthony says, pulling a chair out for me. I sit down and sit Carter on my lap. We sit silent for a moment before Ian speaks up. "So how have you been." I stayed quit for a second, not wanting to tell them about all that had happened to me. I smile at them. "I've been really good."How's Marcus?" Ian said, smiling at me. Ugh, I hated hearing his name. "Uh, I don't know. we got divorced like a year and a half ago."Oh, I'm sorry why?, and Ian asked. I shrugged my shoulder. "I don't know it just didn't work out." I didn't like lying to them, but i wasn't ready to tell them the truth. Ian looked at Anthony and looked back at me. "So how have you guys been?"We've been good." Anthony responded." How's smosh going? "Smosh is going pretty good. We separated from defy, and we own smosh now. I did leave for a while, but i'm back now, and we have a great cast and crew!" I smiled it made me happy to know they were doing well. "Wow thats, great. I'm really happy for you guys!" They both smiled at me, and we continued talking for a while. Then I looked at the time and remembered i have to open the store. "Guys, it was so good catching up with you. we need to do this again sometime, but I need to get going. I have to open my store."Your store, " Anthony questioned "Yeah I own a bakery over on (random street name)."That's amazing, Lina. Congratulations, how did that happen?" Ian asked." I worked at the bakery and got really close with the original owner she adored Carter, and when she passed, she left the bakery to me." "Wow thats really sweet of her," Anthony said with an empanthetic look on his face. I smiled "Yeah it was," we all stood up, and they hugged me goodbye. I walked out of the cafe to my car, putting Carter in his car seat and driving over to my store. When I got to the store, I unlocked the door, switched the closed sign to open, and started preparing. I took the cakes out of the freezer and frosted then and started baking more things to sell while Carter took a nap in my office. While i continued baking, I just couldn't get anthony out of my head.
