I ran into the room out of breath but made sure I seemed unphased. Out of all the many faces, fancy decor, and breathtaking view of my country Las Nevadas my eyes went immediately to a lengthy demon in a black out suit looking at the door with what seemed to be confusion in his eyes.

"M- Maldita sea" I muttered

I took my seat, three away from the newest worker

Normally in this circumstance I'd introduce the worker in a friendly manner into his new job but it was already around 14 minutes past the start time which every minute counts. I just lend him a smile before continuing onto the main topic.

The new houses we built weren't selling as fast as I had wanted them to, they even cost 19 to build the 3 starting off a neighborhood.

"Well not everyone has money like that, especially not consistent money."

"Yeah, I think your heads over heels for your money so you don't realize Las Nevadas has been a vacation dessert since the day it was built, just like Brooklyn, Las Angeles Las Vegas, and every other major city" Two men who were side to side continued, just by the looks of it I already knew they were their own little group in their own little world

I bring out the blueprints and the selling images of the houses on the projector. "These have an interest rate of 5.43% each." As I look up at my newest employee I see he's shocked with a palm up facing my direction. I squint my eyes and slightly scrunch my nose, I later realized he wanted to speak "This is a meeting, speak the fuck up you don't need permission unless someone's talking"

"Ok sir, well... an interest rate of 5.43% is pretty high especially when that doesn't even come with rent or anything. Rate is the product of the principal, multiplied by the years living WITH the period time terms" Mr. Noveschosch said in a calm voice with absolutely no concern. I look at him choked, I have never had such an employee and definitely not one this smart, open and ... handsome on the first day

"Very well, yes I do suppose that's true but these are newly built and they we're fucking near free" I say getting frustrated, why was he better at my job than me? The meeting ended after a few adjustments were made but we still weren't successful.
