Katie's POV;
We had been walking for almost three hours trying to find somewhere to stay the night. Though so far, we had no luck at all which sucked.
"Harry, I can't walk anymore. Can't we just crash somewhere here. I have my own tent all we need to do is make it?" I spoke while grabbing Harrys large hand and pulling it back so he stopped walking ahead.
What happened now, was something I wasn't quite expecting from Harry. His reaction actually frightened me.
"YOU WHAT?!" He screamed, walking straight towards me.
"YOU HAD A TENT ALL THIS TIME, AND FAILED TO MENTION IT EVEN ONCE TO ME! WE HAVE BEEN WALKING FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG, DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND I DON'T HAVE TIME TO WASTE YOU STUPID GIRL!" Harry roared, in my face pushing me against the tree, grabbing on to my small wrist very tightly.
"Ouch, Harry your hurting me." I whimpered as I stood a clear stare into his eyes. "Please let go, you are pressing in on my wrist it's hurting my cuts." I rushed my words on the verge of tears, but than realised I had said to much.
He suddenly let go, and starred at me clearly feeling guilty for his abrupt actions towards me.
I fell to the floor, dragging my back against the tree. Holding and rubbing my wrists so the pain would lessen. Shedding tears in distress and pain, I looked up towards Harry who was standing above me, shadowing my thoughts.
Harrys POV;
Of course, I was annoyed! I mean what did she expect, I don't have any time to waste and we roamed around the forest for literally forever to look for somewhere to stay, when she had a tent with her this whole time.
"Please let go, you are pressing in on my wrist it's hurting my cuts." Katie rushed her words, as she nearly began to cry.
I immediately, let go of her wrists and took a step back. Starring at her, pale face and teary eyes I felt disgusted with myself.
Katie, fell to the floor holding her wrists in shock and dismay. At this one precious moment I just wanted to hold her and tell her never to do that again, but at the same time I felt like letting her feel so worthless and hurt because that's how I felt.
"Katie, stand up." I spoke still sounding quite angry with her. Katie, stood up and kept starring behind me, but not at me holding a firm stare still a dominant site of her tears.
Feeling let down with my actions towards her, I embraced Katie in my arms squeezing her tightly and safely. She clutched me back, her head snuggled between my neck. I could feel her let of soft, yet unsteady breathes in my hair causing me to smile because she didn't back away, or feel scared of me because that would be the last thing I wanted.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get so angry. I guess it's just that I really don't have time to waste, and I don't know I just lost it. Katie, I truly am sorry." I mentioned letting go of her, but keeping her hands in mine.
"No, I'm sorry! It was stupid of me not to bring up the fact that I had a tent I guess I liked roaming around the forrest with you Harry. See no ones ever paid me this much attention ever, so it was nice to feel accepted by a complete stranger." She muttered her last few words, while letting go of my hands and turning around to set the tent out.
After, her sudden burst of confession about anyone never paying any attention to her I didn't say much, I didn't know what to say, so I just let go and help her set the tent up in complete silence apart from a few words being exchanged about how to set the whole tent up, that was all.
The whole, site of her facial expressions was quite the amusement to me. As her eyebrows knotted in confusion as she spread out the contents of the tent. Ever so slightly, looking at me once every no and then because she was stuck with something which was quite adorable in the simplest way.
"DONE!". We both shouted at the same time starring at each other and than bursting in giggles falling to the floor, as the sun had finally begin to set.
"You know, what you said earlier about no one paying you any attention?." Mentioning, while moving closer to her on the floor. "Just wanted you to know, that it must of been hard for you I'm guessing, but you should know that I'll take care of you as long as you are with me. I'll listen to you.. I'll care for you." I assured her, but when I looked back at her she had fallen asleep. Lightly snoring, with her mouth half open. Laughing to myself, I carried her in my arms and inside the tent.
