Yuna POV
" Okay, Yuna, this is your class," Karina unnie said, pointing at the door with Class 2 ( Grade 11) on it. I took a deep breath and gulped nervously. I was scared but the look my unnies gave me encouraged me as I psyched myself up and knocked on the door. " Come in" a voice said. I gulped again and opened the door and headed inside
" Oh you must be the new student. I am Mr. Jacob. Your English teacher" Mr. Jacob said. I gave him a small bow trying not to let the million eyes that were on me bother me. I turned around and gave my best smile to the class
" 안녕하세요! My name is Shin Yuna. I just moved to Seol. Please take care of me" I said in a cheerful voice.

My introduction was followed by whispers. I could hear some distingue ones like " she's pretty" " I like her smile" which came from mostly the boys and tried to tune out the mean ones
" Seeing there are no more available desks. You may sit at the back" Mr. Jacobs said. Gasps followed that is when I noticed that nobody sits at the back. It's an empty row.
"Minji, As class president I hope you can guide our new student through her first days and Yuna feel free to ask Minji anything" He said as a beautiful girl with big doe eyes and jet black long hair lifted her hand and gave me a smile. I walked over to one of the seats in the back row. Now that I look closer, blonde hair could be seen from the desk next to the window. I guess somebody does sit in the back row
I sat at the desk next to a sleeping boy who seemed to have no worry in the world. He was handsome. Like extremely good looking, I felt myself blushing as I kept looking at the boy but decided to just focus on my first class. But from time to time I would hear soft breathing coming from the boy and would turn around to look at him reflectively
The bell rang marking the end of the lessons and even that was not enough to wake up the boy as he just stirred a bit in his sleep. A group of students crowded my desk. " Wow, you're so pretty," a girl said. " Thank you" I said with a smile but the space became more and more hectic until the sleeping boy finally woke up from his nap
One glance. That's all it took. One glance from the boy sent shivers down my spine and everybody else as they bowed to him and rushed to their seat. My eyes traveled to his spot without even knowing and OMG he was even more good looking awake. Our eyes met and his eyes held mine like a trance. I didn't even know I could look away as my heart started beating louder and louder. What was happening to me?
" Hi, my name is Yuna" I said, breaking the stare because I could feel myself getting heated up and would probably faint. He just kept looking at me before abruptly getting up and shoving his hands in his pockets before leaving the classroom. I was visibly confused as I mumbled
" Did I do something wrong?". Well somebody heard me
" It's not you girl. It's Kai just being Kai" the boy sitting in front of me said with a smile. He seemed nice and had the cutest smile ever and I finally found out that the handsome boy's name is Kai. What a pretty name for a pretty boy.
" BTW, my name is Sunoo and this is Jiwon but just call her Liz, my best friend" he said pointing at the girl in front of me with pretty blonde hair and the cutest dimples, giving me a small wave. " Nobody sits at the back except for him so I am surprised he did not say anything to you. The last person had to put his desk next to the door and just ended up changing schools" he said
" Don't worry girl, we got you just stick with us" Liz said with a smile. Her voice was very soothing. " We'll fill you in during lunch" Sunoo said. I gave them a big smile and said a thank you. They were such nice people, nothing like my old school but I decided not to think about that
Just then the bell rang and the next teacher came in to do his lesson. I realized that I did not have a textbook for this class yet so I just stayed quiet in order not to disturb the class and I was pretty shy. Kai did not come back till 15 minutes later when he just burst in and sat at his desk while the teacher just looked at him sighted. I noticed the textbook I needed on his desk and worked up my courage to ask him
" Can we please share a textbook?" I said but my voice came out in a whisper and kind of squeaky but I could tell he heard me because he looked at me and raised an eyebrow. But that was so embarrassing I just wanted to dig a whole crawl in and never come back. Every Time he looked at me I became redder and more and more red. He should not have this effect on me since I've known him for a grand total of one hour. He pushed his textbook on the edge of his desk and signaled me to take it. " What about you?" I was confused. " I don't need it" he said
That was the first time he had talked to me and his voice was deep. Deeper than I ever imagined but I liked it. I just nodded and took the textbook. I kept sneaking glances at him but all he did was lookout the window until I heard soft breathing and turned around to find him sleeping again. " 귀여운" I mumbled without even realizing. What the hell was wrong with me?

The bell rang signaling the end of class and the beginning of lunch time. Kai had stayed sleeping unbothered by the commotion of the students. I exited the classroom with Liz and Sunoo and they were generally some of the kindest people I had ever met.
" So this school is kind of like a hierarchy system. At the top of that pyramid are the 5 members of TXT. Kai is in TXT. Then you have members of AESPA and ENHYPEN closely following behind." Sunoo explained while I listened a bit confused. I mean I understood the main idea but why? Plus I was a bit distracted by how many people Sunoo was greeting in the corridors. He must be popular.
" So what makes these people so special?" I asked. " Well TXT are very powerful and have 5 members in total Kai being the youngest. Soobin the leader is extremely rich and his dad is a famous politician who will be running for president soon and his uncle owns the school. Yeonjun is the fighter everybody is scared of. Just last week he sent 5 students to the hospital. His parents are also filthy rich but apparently divorced. They own multiple businesses and he is set to inherit everything since he is the only son. Beomgyu is the first born son of the owner of the number of healthcare agents and hospitals in all of Korea making them filthy rich . He is set to take it all over. But, he's also an illegal race car driver. Taehyun is basically the smartest person in the whole school. His Mom owns the biggest firm in Korea and is the best lawyer in the country. But his dad and older brother died last year in a car crash. He was also in the car but survived and now he is set to inherit everything. And finally Kai. He lost his parents when he was young and was adopted by one of the richest families in Korea. But, apparently that family is into some shady business and Kai is a part of it. And last year something happened between him and a girl in this school" Sunoo explained as we finally reached the cafeteria. It was a lot to take in of course. And I think it was showing because Liz said. " It's a lot to take in don't worry girl"
We finally reached the cafeteria and my mouth dropped at how big it was and how many people were present. There was a lot of chatter and it was really loud, too loud for me. I could feel myself getting light headed and it started taking me back to moments in my life I did not want to go back to. As my mind started spiraling, I felt a tap bringing me out of my head. " Somebody is waving at you" Sunoo. I looked and found Yeji and Lia unnie sitting with 2 beautiful girls one of them being Karina unnie waving at me.
" Wow, already sitting with AESPA" Liz said. " Well, we'll see you later babe" Sunoo said smiling at me and going to sit with a group of boys and Liz only smiled her cute dimple smile before going to sit with a group of girls some of them I recognized were in my class. I took a deep breath and went to join my unnies.
