Currently at the U.A. High School rinji was standing in line with the rest of his classmates and all of them were all in line and heading to the school grounds for the opening ceremony while missing two of their classmates who were under house arrest.
lida: Stay in line and move promptly to the grounds!
Sero: You're the one who's not in line.
Rinji: that's what I thought.
lida then realizes that Sero's words were true and starts to clench his fist frustrated towards himself.
