Travis awoke to his phone alarm beeping. He quickly turned it off, not wanting to wake Taylor.
He loved watching her chest slowly rise and fall as she was in her slumber, feeling weightless without a care in the world.
Her head was curled onto her pillow, facing Travis with their legs intertwining. She was only wearing his tee-shirt from the night before.
He smiled, facing her and gently brushing his fingers through her hair. She stirred, groaning a little but settled back down.
"Beautiful", he whispered softly.
Taylor's eyes gently fluttered open, seeing Travis's bright hazel eyes greet hers. A smile crept on her face.
"Hey", she said in her cute morning voice.
"Good morning beautiful", said Travis, kissing her forehead. Taylor smiled, reaching and kissing his lips softly.
He pulled her into his arms, kissing her forehead.
"Tay, I've been thinking", began Travis.
"Oh, that's never good", teased Taylor, earning her another kiss on the lips.
"No, it's good, I promise. I am in love with you and would do anything to make you happy, so I was wondering if I may have the honor of calling you my girlfriend", said Travis hopefully but confidently.
Taylor drew her head out of his chest. Tears filled her eyes. She nodded. "Yes Travis. I love you so much", she said, kissing him passionately. The kiss quickly heated up, Taylor moaning softly as Travis protruded his tongue past her lips and into her mouth.
But the romantic, picture-perfect moment was ruined when Willow burst through the bedroom door, jumping on the bed with a squeal.
She landed on Travis's lap, making him groan in pain. "Shit Willow", he said with his eyes closed in pain.
Taylor jolted awake, seeing the little girl giggling on Travis's lap while he groaned in pain.
"Why were you kissing Tay?", Willow asked curiously.
Travis, though his balls were throbbing, drew his attention to her.
Travis looked at Taylor for permission, her nodding and taking his hand in hers. They knew that they couldn't keep this a secret for much longer from Willow anyways.
Travis took a deep breath, pulling the blanket up higher over his lower half because he was just in his boxers.
"Willow, sweetie, Taylor and I have something to tell you. You know how Taylor has been over here for a while?", he asked.
Willow nodded her messy head of curls. "Because you are best friends. Tay told me", informed Willow.
"Right, but we are more than best friends", said Travis, trying to phrase it in 4-year-old language.
Willow gave him a confused look.
"Look honey, your daddy and I love each other very much, and are boyfriend and girlfriend. Kinda like how Brad is the boyfriend of your barbie doll", explained Taylor, trying to get it to make sense.
"But Brad is a bad guy", said Willow, scrunching up her nose in confusion.
"Yes, we don't like Brad. But Taylor is a good guy", said Travis. "It's what your mommy and I were like before she went to heaven".
Willow knew who her mother was and had seen pictures of her holding her as a baby, but she didn't really feel a connection to her. But Travis had made sure Willow grew up knowing how much her mother had loved her before she died.
"Ohh", said Willow, a look of realization falling over her face. Willow giggled. "Then kiss", she squealed.
"Ok", Travis said, leaning over to peck Taylor's lips.
"Ewwww", Willow said with disgust but also with a smile.
"Don't even little missie. You told us to", defended Travis.
"Can you give Tay and I some privacy to change then we'll meet you downstairs?", asked Travis to his young daughter.
"Ok Daddy", she chimed, hopping off the bed and shutting the door behind her.
"Well that was easy", said Taylor.
"Yeah. I'm glad she took that news well", agreed Travis.
He slowly got out of bed, wincing in pain.
"Are you ok Travvy? Are you in a little pain?", she teased.
"It actually really hurts", he hissed in pain.
"I swear, if men had periods, even without cramps, they would call a nation wide emergency", said Taylor.
They went downstairs dressed and Travis began flipping pancakes on the griddle. "Smells good Kelce", said Taylor, wrapping her arms around his torso from behind. "Thank you baby", he answered, turning around and hugging her.
"You look so hot", he whispered softly into her ear, placing soft kisses to her neck.
Taylor, though turned on, softly pushed him away, still sore from the previous night. "Thank you. But there's a child around so I'd be careful", she warned.
Travis sighed in defeat, agreeing reluctantly.
They enjoyed breakfast together, a new family made.
Thanks for reading! I'm so sorry, but my posts will be less frequent. It's not my choice at all, I love uploading and writing, but my mom has Wattpad blocked on our home wifi, so I've been using my personal hotspot when writing. She doesn't know why I've been using my hotspot, but she knows I've been using it and isn't happy about it. I can update when on another wifi but they will be less frequent, i'm sorry guys.
