Taylor nervously got her chiefs gear on, putting the final touches on her hair and makeup.

Today she was meeting Travis's mom, Donna at Travis's pre-game party at his house. From what she'd heard, she was a very nice woman, but she still was anxious to meet her possible future mother-in-law.

"You look beautiful honey", said Travis as she came downstairs. He held Willow on his hip, her in white star jeans and her sparkly chiefs jacket. Her hair was in two pigtails, Taylor's doing, with a red bow in one and a yellow in the other. She looked truly adorable.

"Tay!", Willow exclaimed. "Hi Willow", Taylor said with a smile.

"Daddy, is grandma coming?", Willow asked once he set her down to pull Taylor into his arms.

"She will soon pumpkin".

Taylor took a deep breath in Travis's arms, hugging him tightly. "Don't worry baby. My mom will absolutely love you. Not as much as I do, but that's not the point", Travis said, trying to put her at ease.

Taylor smiled. Every time that man said he loved her he had her blushing like an idiot.

"I love you too", she replied, kissing his lips with a smile.

"Eww", Willow said from her spot at the window, waiting for her grandmother to arrive.

"Do you have a problem with that?", Travis teased, leaving Taylor's side to pick up Willow upsidedown. She squealed, her pigtails falling downwards.

Taylor smiled. This man was truly perfect. He was good with kids and he loved her. How could he get any better?

"Daddy, stop", she said in between giggles. "Then don't say eww", he said. "I won't", pleaded Willow. Travis put her down.

"Eww", she said, running off but quickly being caught by her dad, him tickling her again. "What did I say about that?", asked Travis in his joking voice.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang. "It must be my mom", said Travis, setting a dizzy Willow down and opening the door for her.

"Mama!", exclaimed Travis, pulling her into a hug. "It's good to see you too, Travis. But you know who I'm really here to see", smiled Donna, shutting the front door behind her.

"Mom, this is the beautiful Taylor I've been talking about. Taylor, this is the woman who gave birth to me", said Travis, his hand on the small of Taylor's back.

"Hi, nice to meet you", said Taylor, offering her hand but Donna engulfed her in a hug. The first thing they had in common: they were both huggers.

"Nice to meet you too. Travis talks about you all the time", smiled Taylor once they parted.

"I'm sure he does", laughed Donna.

They gathered at the couch, Travis introducing Taylor to his other friends upon their arrival.

"Baby?", asked Travis, politely pulling her out of a conversation with Travis's friend Ross and the very lovely Donna Kelce.

"Yes?", she answered, Travis putting his hand on the small of her back as he led her to a private conversation.

"I've got to go to Arrowhead early to warm up. Will you be ok here?", he asked closely to her face.

Taylor smiled and nodded. "I'll be fine. I don't know why I was even worried about meeting your mom, she is the sweetest", said Taylor.

Travis smiled. "I'm glad you like her baby. She likes you too".

Travis pulled Taylor into a hug, kissing her cheek softly. "I love you", he said, kissing  her lips passionately, a little too passionately to be done in front of your family.

The room got quieter, taken aback by the access PDA.

Taylor pulled away, pressing her forehead to Travis's, rubbing his strong chest. "I love you too", she said, pecking his lips once more before insisting on grabbing a napkin and wiping his red lips off.
