After Class I decided to go look for a job I tried the diner down the way but they said they didn't want any college students since there unreliable because of classes then went to a bar that just opened " hey are you guys perhaps hiring " I said to the bartender making drinks "yeah we do walk in the manager is in back I can go grab him" he said walking to the door behind the bar and coming out seconds later " hi you're looking for a job " the man said holding his hand out " yes my name is esmeray "
" hogan " he said shaking my hand and leading me to the seat at the bar
"Have you worked in a bar before " he asked
" no but I'm willing to learn"
" of course and when are you available to start"
" now if possible " I said as he lifted his hand up to his chin and pondered my response. He got up and "I won't have you start that soon I'll see you Friday " he said handing me papers " I decided when you said you're willing to learn" he said walking away . Holy shit I got the job I thought to my self walking out and back to campus once I made it back to the dorm and I hear a familiar voice " just tell me where she went " I heard the voice and I hid around the corner
"As if I would betray my girl like that get away from our dorm room before I call Ra" Sara said with authority but it didn't work since he was alpha " I just want to see her don't make me order you" he said folding his arms and leaning on the door frame " we all know RA isn't going to have authority over Thee alpha of Alston pack now before I get mean. Where .is . She" he said and Sara still didn't budge but I can see the struggle in her body language and I couldn't bare to see her sit here and get treated like that I walked around the corner and cleared my throat " what possibly could you want from me Alpha Samuel " I said folding my arms and cocking my head
" did you hit Jessica " he said grabbing my wrist and pulling me closer the anger coming from him
" no I've been on the town all day I haven't even seen her since 3 weeks ago " I said twisting my arm away from him and pushing away from him hitting the wall
"Samuel ale brooks how dare you lay a hand on a woman " I hear a voice ring out with authority and anger and see his face go pale
" mother?"
Luna brooks is here and her face was red with anger her long black hair looked almost like the color of ravens and her red floor length dress made her look ancient royalty with gold seams and long sleeves
" when I got news you branded your Luna I didn't expect you to be beating women in her stead it seems you chose such an incompetent person to be Luna to replace me" she said while walking in front of me to stand in front of me.
" mother you misunderstand I wasn't beating just mearly speaking I"
