My Professor Is My Caregiver

I hadn't seen Jesse in a bit ever since the day she punished me before class because she's not my only professor. I do have an assignment due for her class that I haven't really been doing correctly because my sleep schedule is kinda messy at the moment. It's for one of the mental health classes she teaches and we have to track when we take our "medicine" It's all obviously pretend. But my times are so bad, one of the "medicines" we have to take 3 times a day and my 3 times a day is between 12-6 am. I can't make up fake times right now because it's due today at 11:59 pm but I'll be Jesse's bed by then. Right now I'm in Elaine's class she teaches Psych & Counseling. She's really nice but I am starting to suspect she's friends with Jesse.

I was taking notes then I got bored and started to play a game on my laptop. It was a fun game but it was very graphic. Some girl who always asks questions and if there's homework was sitting behind me and she said really loud "Wow Look what Alex is playing on her laptop" Elaine and I held eye contact for a moment then I whipped around in my seat and looked at the girl and said "Hey Kyrha I know you don't get a lot of attention at home because your dads gone and your mom works all the time, but can you stop being a bitch" People in my class were giving mixed reactions some were shocked and others were laughing.

She ran out of the room crying while her friends followed close behind, I smirked in victory. I knew all of that was true because she never shuts the fuck up. Elaine just looked at me and continued the lesson without a word. Class thankfully ended and I went to walk back to my dorm when my phone dinged It was Jesse.

Mommy💕: "Hey Princess, Do you wanna explore the city with me?"

Princess🦕: "Sure! How'd you know I wanted to do that?"

Mommy💕: "You said you're new here and wanted to explore the city, during introductions in Elaine's class"

I was terrified at the mention of Elaine's name.

Princess🦕: "Okay Mommy, I'll walk to the park so no one sees us leave together"

I put my phone away and began walking towards the park. It was a nice park. I enjoyed how close it was to the water. I got closer to the parking lot and saw her car and I zoomed like a bat out of hell to her car. Jesse got out of the driver's seat and opened the door for me. I got into the car and she buckled me in. She did give me a little forehead kiss which made me squeal "ANOTHER ONE" I said "Princess that was right in my ear" Jesse said while covering her ear. "I'll give you more when we get there," She said as she closed the door.

I was really sad I wanted another forehead kiss. Jesse started driving so I decided to ask her "Mommy are you and Elaine fwiends?" I asked her while playing a game on my phone "Yes me and Elaine have been friends since university although she graduated before me, Why?" replied Jesse. "Does she tell you what I do in class?" I asked carefully. I was obviously beating around the bush I didn't wanna tell on myself. "Sometimes she gives me updates like how tired you look, if your eating properly or drinking water, what your wearing" Jesse started listing things off then she looked at me in the rearview mirror when she said "...or how your behaving" I darted my eyes away from Jesses not wanting her to see right through me.

We arrived at the mall and Jesse parked near the back thankfully so no one would see me get out of the car seat. "Mommy do I have to hold your hand?" I asked Jesse while looking up at her "Only if you want too little one" she replied. With that I took her hand and interlocked our fingers Jesse looked at our hands then me and just smiled. I had never been to this mall but I remember being told to never go alone as it's quite dangerous for girls or weak college students. I fall under both of those categories so I was a little nervous but I did have Jesse.

We walked in and I don't really know what we were doing here but I did remember something important. "Mommy" I said quietly and pulled a little bit on her hand Jesse looked down "Yes Princess?" I just pointed at my forehead and She kissed it. It made me super happy and I did a little dance. Thankfully the mall wasn't too busy as it was a school/work day for most people. We went into a few stores and Jesse bought some things she needed although when she was looking at books in one store I was super bored and noticed a music store directly across from the store we were currently in. I let go of Jesse's hand and went over.

I walked in and was super pumped! There were CDs and Records. I went to look at the records and as I was looking at one I felt someone behind me "That's a great album, You should totally get it" Someone said. I turned around and noticed this older girl staring down at me "Yeah I know I really like this artist" I said while looking at the record again. "Oh really? You look a little young to listen to this music" She said sort of condescendingly I laughed because this girl didn't look that much older than me. "Trust me I'm old enough" I reassured her I started to walk away with the record to go and browse some other records but she grabbed my shoulder. I don't like other people touching me. It makes me uneasy. "please let go of me" I said while trying to shake her hand off "I'm sorry sweetie but you can't buy this record it's just not appropriate for someone like you" she said as she went to grab the record but someone caught her hand "No" This familiar voice said and flung the older girl's hand away. "Excuse you!" the older girl exclaimed "YOUR EXCUSED" I said super loudly towards the older girl. Other customers were looking at us and the older girl looked embarrassed and walked away. "Are you okay Alex?" It was Elaine!
