As the lady from earlier walks in the man in charge goes "There she is now we can begin the introductions, So the professors shall start then we'll go around the room starting with the front row" I was so anxious because I sat in the front row. Some of the professors began introducing themselves the lady I bumped into earlier spoke next and as she did she made sure to hold eye contact with me. "My name is Jesse," she said and I darted my eyes to look away from her intense gaze.
The man in charge whose name is Mark started to speak "Now that's all of the professors, Front row it's your go" he stated while pointing at me. Now all eyes were on me I took a deep breath and started "Hi My name is Alex" I said quietly. Mark nodded and it went like that for each person until everyone had introduced themselves and we began the orientation. After orientation I got up and left almost instantly.
I went to meet my cousin Drew at the pub the college had. We got poutine and after Drew showed me around using my timetable as a guide. After that, He and I said our goodbyes I went back to my dorm I couldn't find my phone that night and was panicking. The next day was rough it was the first day of my first class and of course, it was Jesse's class. I woke up late and tried to look good but I ended up looking like a little boy and a man who works a 9-5 on the regular in other words I was tired.
I finally found the class after 15 minutes of being lost. Everyone looked at me when I entered including Jesse she smiled at me as I walked in. The class wasn't a class but more of an introduction to the course which was Addictions. The class was over in about an hour but before I could leave Jesse asked if I could stay so she could talk to me.
I sat back down and waited until my classmates filed out some gave me dirty glares but I don't know why. Jesse walked to the door and locked it. I kind of started to panic and she noticed my slight change in body language. "It's okay Alex you're not in trouble I just don't want anyone thinking the classroom is open," She said a sigh of relief left my mouth as she said I wasn't in trouble. She came so she sat in front of me and began pulling something out of her pocket..it was my phone.
