Day by day passed, and Xiao Shang showed no response, remaining in her unchanging condition. Nevertheless, Li Wei remained faithfully by her side, believing in the possibility of a miracle that could alter her fate. With Azure sect as his home now, Li Wei dedicated himself solely to caring for Xiao Shang. He then decided to take matters into his own hands, seeking out a place abundant in natural energy where he hoped Xiao Shang might find healing. Master Liu Jian agree to Li Wei decision and let him bring Xiao Shang. While his shifu master Yunlong already going back on retreat to continue with his meditation.

Summoning his elemental sword, Li Wei then transformed it into a means of transportation as it can fly on the skies. Carrying Xiao Shang to this secluded place of nature's embrace.

As years slipped by, Li Wei made their home in a humble hut nestled behind a cascading waterfall, surrounded by the verdant energy of the forest. Each day followed the same routine, Li Wei would gather essence from nature, infusing it with his spiritual power to nourish Xiao Shang dormant form. Despite the passage of time, Li Wei never wavered in his resolve, continuing his cultivation practices in the hopes of one day rousing Xiao Shang from her slumber.

One morning, as the sun cast its golden rays upon the tranquil forest, Li Wei found himself overcome with a sudden sense of longing. Sitting beside Xiao Shang bedside, he gently brushed her snow white hair aside his heart heavy with emotion. Li Wei whispered to her.

"Today marks again the anniversary of the day I declared my love for you. And today, I want to make you my wife."

Silence enveloped the room, broken only by the soft rustle of leaves outside and the sound of waterfall. Undeterred, Li Wei continued, his voice a tender murmur in the stillness.

"I remember it like it was yesterday. The sun was setting, casting a golden hue over the horizon, and in that moment, I knew that you were the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with."

As he spoke, Li Wei eyes glistened with unshed tears, his heart heavy with longing and hope.

"I promised myself that I would always protect you, that I would never let anything harm you. And yet, here we are, and I feel so powerless. But whatever it is today we will get marry. No answer from you will mean yes." Said Li Wei while waiting for answer but there is no answer from Xiao Shang.

With a determined resolve, Li Wei get up leaving Xiao Shang for a temporary and start to prepare for the wedding.

After an hour of preparation, Li Wei adorned both himself and Xiao Shang in wedding attire, the room adorned with crimson candles and delicate decorations.

"Let us begin the ceremony. "Li Wei said softly, taking Xiao Shang hand in his own. "Let nature bear witness to our love."

With a solemn grace, Li Wei performed the traditional wedding rituals, each bow a testament to the depth of his devotion. And as the ceremony drew to a close, Li Wei leaned in close, pressing a gentle kiss upon Xiao Shang lips.

But as the moments stretched on, there was no stirring from Xiao Shang, no sign that she had heard his words. With a heavy heart, Li Wei retreated from her bedside, the weight of his sorrow pressing upon him like a crushing weight.

Outside the confines of their humble hut, Li Wei grief spilled forth, summon his elemental sword and he's doing a move sword cutting through the air with a fierce intensity. With each strike, he poured his anguish into the earth, the echoes of his sorrow reverberating through the forest.

Yet amidst the pain and uncertainty, Li Wei refused to surrender to despair. For deep within his heart, he knew that as long as love endured, there was always hope for tomorrow.

The air crackled with energy as Li Wei unleashed the full force of his power, his elemental sword slicing through the air with a ferocity born of grief and longing. The waterfall, once a symbol of tranquility, now roared with the intensity of Li Wei emotions, its cascading waters mirroring the tumultuous storm raging within him.

Meanwhile, inside the humble hut, Xiao Shang lay in a state of unconsciousness that had stretched on for years. But then, in a miraculous turn of events, her senses gradually returning to her after years of dormancy. Her fingers twitched. Slowly, her eyelids fluttered open, revealing eyes that had been closed to the world for far too long. The soft rays of sunlight filtered through the canopy above, casting a gentle glow over her.

Confusion clouded Xiao Shang senses as the world around her seemed both familiar and strange. Bit by bit the memories flooded back in a rush, and Xiao Shang heart pounded with the realization of what she had done to save Li Wei.

But then, as clarity slowly descended upon her, Xiao Shang gaze fell upon the red hanfu draped over her form, its vibrant hues a stark contrast to the somber atmosphere of the room, and the sight of her own white hair startled her. With trembling hands, Xiao Shang reached up to touch her hair, her fingers grazing the strands that had turned as white as freshly fallen snow.

With a heavy heart, Xiao Shang called out for Li Wei, her voice echoing through the empty confines of the hut. But there was no response, save for the sound of the waterfall outside, its roar a constant reminder of the passage of time.

Driven by a sense of urgency, Xiao Shang get up from the bed and rushed toward the door, she then pushed the door open and stepped outside, her eyes widening in shock as she beheld the sight before her. There, amidst the swirling mist and spray of the waterfall, stood Li Wei with his red wedding hanfu, his form illuminated by the golden rays of the setting sun.

Tears welled in Xiao Shang eyes as she watched Li Wei, his movements fluid and graceful as he wielded his elemental sword with skill and precision. It was a sight she had longed to see, yet never dared to hope for, and it filled her with a sense of awe and wonder.

With each strike of his sword, Li Wei seemed to pour his heart and soul into the motion, his grief and longing manifesting in the raw power of his movements. And as Xiao Shang watched him, she felt a surge of emotion welling up inside her, a mixture of joy, gratitude, and overwhelming love.

"Li Wei..." she called out, her voice barely a whisper amidst the roar of the waterfall. Li Wei paused, his movements slowing as he turned to face toward the voice that he heard, his eyes wide with disbelief.

And then, in the blink of an eye, he was by her side, his arms wrapping around her in a tight embrace that spoke volumes of the love that had sustained them through the darkest of times.

"Xiao Shang.." he whispered, his voice choked with emotion, "Is it really you?"

Xiao Shang nodded, her tears mingling with his as she held him close.

"It's me, Li Wei.." she murmured, her voice filled with a sense of wonder and awe. "I'm here. I'm alive."

Their reunion was a moment of pure magic, a testament to the enduring power of love in the face of adversity. And as they stood there, locked in each other's embrace, they knew that no matter what trials lay ahead, they would face them together, united in their shared destiny.
