Third POV:
Octavia did everything she could to see Robin again, but the more she thought about her the more she wanted to cry.
The day the bunker opened wasn't any better. It's been three years since Robin died and Octavia didn't stop thinking about her, she didn't think she could.
Bellamy and Clarke looked for her, Raven wouldn't shut up about seeing her sister again. When they couldn't find her Clarke asked Abby.
"She...she didn't make it." Abby revealed, causing Clarke to stare into the distance for a moment. Clarke felt a burning pain in her chest. Robin was innocent. Her entire time on the ground she didn't kill anybody, she always found the good in people, that's why Clarke really liked her. No matter what she did, Robin was always by her side.
When Bellamy found out he darted to Octavia's office. Octavia gave him the meanest glare possible and he began to regret asking. Everyone agreed not to tell Raven until after peace was among everyone.
It wasn't until Octavia burnt the farm when she saw Robin again.
"What are you doing, O?" Robin asked her lover as they walked to Shallow Valley.
"I'm getting to that Valley." Octavia answered, not even sparing a glance in Robin's direction.
"Yeah, but like this? I think it's time to change this behavior, don't you?" Robin questioned.
"You're not real." O closed her eyes and when she opened them Robin was gone.
The next time Octavia saw Robin was before cryo sleep. Octavia sat in the hall, watching as her own brother walked away from her.
"I'm sure he'll forgive you." A voice said causing Octavia to look up and see Robin sitting in front of her.
Octavia looked around at the others, who weren't even looking at her but she didn't want to bring attention to herself. She lightly shook her head.
"Well, you did try and kill him, throwing him into the exact same spot you watched me die in." Robin shrugged.
"Do you forgive me?" Octavia whispered. Before she got an answer Charmaine Diyoza sat beside her.
"Cheer up. I wasn't invited, either." Diyoza spoke up. "You know what your mistake was."
"Not killing you the day you opened the bunker?" Octavia raised an eyebrow.
"That, too." She nodded. "But then what kind of lesson would that be? Your mistake was liking it. Power. It's the kiss of death. That's okay. I liked it, too."
"One garden, two serpents. Eden never stood a chance." Octavia sighed. "Have you ever been the reason someone you cared about died?"
Diyoza was taken back by the question. "Yes."
Octavia didn't care if Diyoza thought she was crazy, so she looked for an answer from her. "I'm the reason the love of my life died."
"Is that why you turned into...this?" Diyoza motioned to Octavia's armor.
"Yes." Octavia nodded. "I can't stop seeing her." Diyoza looked over at Octavia but she continued. "Robin was good. She never had a bad bone in her body. She was the best healer ever, even if I had a small scratch she would patch it up before I knew it. Her sister's gonna kill me."
"Sister?" Diyoza questioned.
"Raven, the one you kept on your ship." Octavia answered.
Just then, Diyoza remembered. She heard Raven tell her friends she couldn't wait to see her bird. She wasn't talking about an actual bird, she was talking about her sister.
Before the two could continue Raven Reyes stood in front of Octavia.
"Where's my sister? I searched the entire ship and no one will tell me." Raven looked down at Octavia.
Octavia only stared back before her eyes glanced to the right of Raven to see Robin standing there. "She- She died three years ago."
Raven's face dropped. Octavia stood. "Dead? No, not my sister. What did you do?" Raven glared.
"I'm sorry." Octavia told her.
Raven had tears streaming down her face. "Did-Did she- Was she in any pain? What happened? I deserve to know."
"She- a member from Wonkru killed her. They were fighting." Octavia left out the hard details.
"No. My sister doesn't fight." Raven shook her head.
"And that's why she died." Octavia finished.
More tears left Raven's eyes as she backed away from Octavia and left the room. She instantly went to Shaw. Raven told Shaw all about her sister.
"Did you find her?" Shaw asked as he saw Raven approach but when he saw the tears he knew she didn't.
"She's dead. She's been dead for years and I had no idea! I didn't get to say goodbye." Raven cried, hugging Shaw.
