The Beginning

Atsushi Nakajima was walking out of the Armed Detective Agency building, happy that it was the weekend and that he could go home and eat with Kyoka.

As he walked through the exit door, he suddenly bumped into a stranger, causing him to fall down while the stranger stands over him, processing the impact before looking down at Atsushi. "A-ah! I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going and- and-" Atsushi begins to stutter out apologies.

"N-no, no it's my fault, I should have been more careful!" You say as you reach out a hand to help him up, "Thanks...I'm Atsushi, what's your name?" He asks as he takes your hand and get up, blushing from the embarrassment of falling in front of a stranger.

"My name is [First name], [First name] [Last name]"

A light smile appears on Atsushi's face as he hears your name, he seems interested in you. "That's a pretty name," Atsushi says. "It's nice to meet you" "Thank you, Atsushi" you smile and chuckle lightly at the compliment.

"Hehe...you're cute." Atsushi suddenly says, he covers his mouth right after, cheeks blazing red.

Now blushing, you say "Thank you"

Atsushi looks away for a moment embarrassed, "Ah...s-sorry..I..um..I should- I gotta get home." Atsushi says as he turns to leave. "Um.. wait!" You grab his hand before he can run away. "Why don't we exchange numbers...to keep in touch!"

Atsushi looks down at your hand, that is now holding his and blushes. "O-oh yeah...we should. Here's my number." Atsushi gives you his number, still blushing.

You smile as you put Atsushi's number into your phone, "I guess I'll see you later Atsushi, bye." You wave to him as you start to walk away. Atsushi smiles back and waves."Bye...see you soon Y/N." He walks away, smiling. For some unknown reason his heart is beating fast, and he feels a bit light headed and flustered.

You and Atsushi text constantly, getting to know each other for a few months while the people around both of you start to get suspicious. Until one day...

*Hey Atsushi, can you meet me at a restaurant called Prives at 8:00 today?*

*Yeah, for sure*

*Great, see you*

Once Atsushi arrives at 8:00 like he had been instructed, he starts looking around for you. You lightly tap his shoulder, startling him. "A-ah hey Y/N, I was just looking fo-" He stops talking to admire your outfit. "You look stunning." He suddenly says.

You feel your heart swell up with pride at the compliment. "Aww thank you, I try. Come, I'll show you to our table."

After dinner you take Atsushi down by the bridge to lay under the stars

"Hey...um," Atsushi stutters out, "Yeah?" You say and told your head to show him your listening.

Though it's hard to see in the dark, you notice Atsushi's face turn scarlet. "I-I would like to k-know if...youwantedtobemygirlfriend!?" He says the last few words in a rush, so you ask him to slow down so you can understand him and he restates his question but slower.

"Would you like to be my..." He hesitates before saying his last word. "Girlfriend?"

Your eyes go wide in shock, before you give him your answer.
