"Okay class." Mrs. Berlinger says. I look up at a girl. Melody. The girl every boy in Senior year dreams about.
"Let's show Eli what our school is all about later today."
I walked to my seat, not liking the attention. I opened up to page 187 talking about the order of the different elements in the periodic table.
"Hey." Melody walks up to me.
"Hi."
"Eli right?" I nod.
She walks away. Every boy staring at her including me.
I walk back to my apartment seeing every person in town staring at me. A kid walks up to me.
"Hey. I'm Issac. Rumor has it that Melody likes you."
"Huh? What?"
"Yeah. Do you?"
"I don't think so."
