I'm sitting on the chair, gazing out the window, playing with my pen, I'm thinking whether I'll write a letter for her. After a few minutes I finally decided to write a letter for her.
I began to write a letter for her. I pick carefully each word I'll write, I can't help but think of her while writing this letter. I imagine her smile and the way her eyes light up. She gives me so much butterflies in my stomach. Each word on the paper carries a piece of my heart, expressing the depth of my feelings for her. At this moment, I hope that this letter will convey the love and admiration I hold for her.
"Dear Victoria Ezrie Mercado (Ms. Caramel Macchiato),
I've found you in the quiet corners of my café, I always steal glances at you from afar. With each passing time, my admiration for you grows.
Your eyes captivate me, making me lose in your eyes mesmerized by the stories they hold. Your chestnut wavy hair is like oceans waves... so soft and beautiful. And your lips, they are perfect just the way they are.
But it's not just your beauty, I admire. I've noticed how you savor every sip of our coffee and how you enjoy eating the blueberry cheesecake as if savoring the taste of life itself. And yet, beneath the surface, I sense a hint of sadness, a shadow that lingers in the corners of your eyes...
As you gaze at the sunset through the café's glass, I can't help but wonder about the thoughts that linger in your mind. Your face, illuminated by the soft glow of the scenery, reflects emotions.
With each sunset that we witness together, may the bitterness of the past be washed away.
I really hope you're okay; always remember that I'm here for you, supporting you through everything even though we're not close. Remember that you're truly lovable.
Keep fighting Ezrie, I'm always here for you! You can do it! And I can see that you're a strong woman and admire that.
Victoria, I write this letter not only to express the admiration that fills my heart but also to extend an invitation to break the silence that separates us. I long to share moments with you, to bask in the warmth of your presence, and to know you more, to reveal all your mysteries in your soul.
-Mr. C"I put the letter on the envelope and sealed it. I stretch my body. "I'm finally done with the letter... I guess I can finally sleep."
I walk towards my bed and lay down. I can't wait her to read this letter. Many thought lingers in my mind until I fell asleep.
TOMORROW I wake up early to open my cafè. I start my day with a wide smile in my face. I can't wait to see her in my cafè.
Time passed. If she didn't come in the morning she'll come in the cafè afternoon. I know she's busy because she's a student, too. It's already 4:30 PM. I fix myself because I know she'll be here anytime now. I'm right, exact 4:50 PM. The door opens, and I quickly look at the door.
There she goes so perfectly... I smiled at her. "Hello, good afternoon, Ms. Ezrie! The usual?" I greeted and asked her.
"Uhmm... good afternoon." She smiled at me. "Uh, do you have any recommendations?" She asked.
Woah, wait, she'll try new. "Oh, you'll try new... well, I recommend this cinnamon croissant for the pastry, and for the drink, I recommend my specialty. Cinnamon brown sugar coffee."
"I see. You like cinnamon?" She asked me.
"Oh, you don't like cinnamon?" Crap, I think she doesn't like cinnamon.
"Oh no, I love cinnamon." She smiles sweetly. "I'll try those."
I feel relieved. I'm glad she loves cinnamon. I guess we have a common. "Okay, just wait for your order there."
She nods and walks away. I prepare her order with all my love. After I prepare her order, I walk towards her table to give her order to her.
"Hey, Ms. Ezrie, here's your order." I put her order on the table. "Do you mind if I join you here." I asked her.
She nods while she's holding the fork. "And uhh... just Ezrie. Don't call me 'Ms.' Anymore, hehe, I'm fine with you calling my name."
I sit down on the chair beside her. "Tell me, how is it?"
She sips in her coffee and nods. "Tastes good. The coffee is perfect." She slice the cinnamon croissant into a small piece, and she eats it. "Mhhhmmm... I think it's too many cinnamon powder, but it's good."
"I'll take note of that. Thanks for the feedback." I smiled at her, and she nodded.
"Why didn't you put this cinnamon brown sugar in your menu? It's good." She asked, but she's not looking at me.
Now she's curious about my signature coffee. "Oh, about that. It's my signature coffee... it's just a secret drink of mine."
She looks at me. "Ahh... why did you share it with me?"
"Well, you ask for recommendations. So I recommend this." I smiled at her.
Her eyebrows raised. "Why this secret drink of yours?"
"Why not?" I smiled at her.
"Ah, thanks for sharing your secret drink with me..." She smiles sweetly.
Her smile has the power to make my knees weak, melting away any worries with its wonderful charm. I can feel my heart beats fast...
"Excuse me, I'll just gonna go to the bathroom." I nod, and she gets up and walks towards the bathroom.
Watching you as her walk off. Once she's out of my sight, I got the letter from my apron pocket, I slipped the letter into her tote bag before heading over to prepare another customer's order.
I hope she read this letter, pouring my heart onto the pages in hopes that she'd understand the depth of my feelings.
