Chapter 2 - She-Devil

My heart stopped when I walked through the door to our form class. Sitting, with all his beauty, at the back of the class was Charlie. I nearly fainted, but luckily Blue was there to snap me out of the trance. "Someone's lucky" I completely ignored Blue's comment and was about to sit in the seat next to Charlie but the she-devil Alicia sat in it. I could feel myself tensing up untill I realised that there were two spare seats on the other side of Charlie so I grabbed Blue and practically ran towards them. I sat down, not taking my eyes of Charlie. "Hey, Georgie right?" Charlie turned around when he realised I was sat there and I couldn't say anything. It was like he had me under a spell. Blue kicked me under the table which forced me to say "Yeah, Charlie right?" why, oh why, did I choose this point to sound cool when all I did was copy what I said. "Oh I mean hi Charlie, I knew your name I don't know why I said that sometimes I can forget people's names bec-" "Ok Georgie I'm sure Charlie doesn't want to hear your life story" Thank God Blue stopped me when he did. I don't know what happened, I guess its a nervous thing. 

Our form teacher Mr Fogerty , stood at the front of the class and gave out some announcements which I wasn't paying attention to because I was too busy fighting the urge to look at Charlie. When he stopped rambling, he told us that we could talk to the people around us while he did some paperwork. I instantly looked at Charlie but unfortunately he'd already started talking to his best mate, Finn so I started talking to Blue. "Jeez Georgie, this crush thing has gotten bigger than last year!" "Huh?" I asked puzzled "Oh come on, you were literally fidgeting in your seat, doing anything you could to not look at Charlie but it wasn't working" "Was it that obvious?" I thought I'd done a pretty good job at keeping my cool but obviously not. "Yeah, it was" Blue replied. "I can't help it, he's just so cute!" I started "His golden-hazel eyes, his sexy hair, his tanned skin- everything about him's just so beautiful" "Um Georgie" Blue tried to interupt but I carried on. "I mean its like he gets more sexy by the second" "Georgie.." again, he interupted but failed "Like I never thought it was humanly possible for someone to be that good looking" "GEORGIE!" he now screamed at me "WHAT!?" Blue pointed behind me so I slowly turned around..

Sitting there, right in front of me, was none other than the un-humanly good looking guy- Charlie. "Who's so good-looking?" he asked, clearly knowning who I was talking about "Oh um..." "She was talking about her baby brother" Blue butted in. "Oh really? I didn't know she had a baby brother who looked exactly like me with golden-hazel eyes, sexy hair and tanned skin" I blushed so hard, I didn't know he was listening! He laughed and I laughed along awkwardly, and he started talking to me. "So, how were your holidays?" "Oh you know, just normal" there was a long silence and I suddenly clicked in my head that I should probably ask him about his holidays. "Oh how we-" "Hey babe" Alicia rudly butted in before I could finish my sentence "Oh hey cupcake" Charlie was now staring at her, and I could feel my blood boil with jealousy. I honestly wanted to smack across the face but Blue stopped me by saying "She's not worth it" He clearly saw the look on my face. *Riinngg* the bell for first period went and me and Blue walked to our first lesson - English. I was glad to get out of there because I would've went World War III on Alicia if I had to put up with her flirting any longer.

While we were walking in the halls I was talking to Blue but I could tell he wasn't listening. He was too busy fawning over the football jocks. "Earth to Master of Seduction" I teased Blue and he instanlty snapped back into reality "Why thank you, I am quite the master" "of stupidity" I muttered "I heard that you hoe" he retaliated and I laughed. We were at our locker now because we needed to get out books for English. Although Blue had his own personal locker he liked sharing mine because it was closer to his lessons and he could look at himself in the mirror that I put in there. He checked himself out before walking over to one of the football jocks; he was such a flirter but I loved him for it. Obviously, this left me alone. I shut my locker only to see Alicia standing there. "Oh, hey" I said, trying to be the bigger person and not blatently show my hate towards her. "Don't give me that, you and I? We're not friends. I only came here to tell you to lay off my guy. I see you staring at him and I don't like it, back off or else you slut". That word. That one word set me off. I was about to punch her in face but Charlie came up behind her. 

"Hey whats going on here?" he asked. I was about to respond but Alicia beat me to it. "Nothing babe, come on lets go" "Oh I actually wanted to talk to Georgie" my eyes lit up when he said that. "She has somewhere to go, don't you Georgie" her fake smile almost made me vomit as she glared at me. I was about to object but Alicia took hold of Charlies hand and walked off. As they were walking, Charlie looked back and gave me an apolagetic smile. "Sorry" he mouthed "It's ok" I mouthed back. At this point, Blue came back with one of the football jocks. "Hey Georgie, meet Ryder, my new friend" He gave me a wink and I knew exactly what it meant - they weren't just friends. This happened all the time, Blue would go flirt with some guy, they'd be 'in love' for a day and the next day they would be strangers. "Hey" I gave a half hearted smile and I wasn't in the mood to talk so I walked away with Blue chasing after me.
