CHAPTER 4: HAUNTED HOUSE

As I sat there trying to realize what had just happened. He rushed to get as far away from me as possible. As he left my side my body suddenly moved towards him. I grabbed his hand and spined him around, his scar was gone. How? i thought to myself as i placed my dagger to his neck.

Ivy: explain what the hell is going on or I will cut your throat.

Kevin: it's pointless stabbing me , i am just going to regenerate.

ivy: what do you mean by regenerate?

Kevin: you wont get it.

ivy: 'just spill the fucking beans!' i shouted at him as i placed the dagger closer.

Kevin: well the thing is i was bitten by a zombie, and for some reason i have not completely transformed into one, it seems like i am immune to the zombie thing.

Ivy: "so like you are half and half?" i burst out laughing like he could not just bite me to shut me up.

"then i should kill you so you don't turn into one," i said in a serious tone with my dagger still to his throat.

"i mean what if you freak out again and infect a shit ton of people, and do your friends even know about this?"

Kevin: just keep this from my friends, i will do anything you want. Ok.

ivy: fine, i will tell you when i need something.

We walked back to the hall, we entered at the same time and all eyes were on us. i heard one of the girls say," what were those two doing together?" her friend responded " i bet they went to go do the dirty."

i shrugged it off and we went our separate ways.

when i got to my friends i was bombarded with questions, about what the both of us were doing outside, and i couldn't tell them what happened. i came up with a lie.

Ivy: i just found him on my way to the bathroom.

Tisi: and you so happened to come out at the same time?

Ivy: yeah! what? you guys think we were like making out or something.

Ruth: everyone thought that.

Tisi: and i heard the GG'S talking about you guys when you went out.

Ivy: its really not like that.

Tisi: sure, anyways they said that we have to find shelter because all the hostels are infected with zombies, and none of us have a house in this town.

so do you have a plan? and one more thing the zombie thing infected all the adults so i guess it's only us.

Ivy: a place to stay? ..i think i can find one for us. i say as i think back to what Kevin had promised.

the meeting went on for about an hour, the sun had set by that time. when everyone left the hall i walked over to the GG"s and ask if i could have a moment with Kevin.

i got disgusting look from Berlin.

Ivy: Do you guys have a place to stay.

Kevin: No, why?

Ivy: and we to don't have a place to stay, you guys have a car and you wounded one of us, so basically what i am trying to say is that, you should convince your friends to let us go along with you guys and find a place to stay.

Kevin: Why would i do that.

Ivy: i guess i am just going to have to kill your half zombie ass, for making fake promises. plus i am pretty sure people are going to want to kill you more the i do if they find out.

Kevin: fine, I'll try.

Ivy: don't try, do it. or i will "try" to not tell everyone your little secret.

Kevin: Ok, OK i will do it, damn you didn't have to threaten me.

Ivy: now get going.

he walks over to his friends and the have a little talk, they kept looking back at me as i stood with my arms crossed facing them.

my friends walked over to me to ask if i had a plan.

Tisi: is your plan to go with the GG's?

Ivy: yeah, it is...they have a car and you are injured and they look strong.

Tisi: Strong my ass. It's not like those pussies can take care of an injury.

Ruth: Are you sure this is not just you two wanting to be together?

Ivy: There is seriously nothing going on between us. How many time do I have to tell you people?

After some, I see Kevin walking towards us. " they're willing to let you guys come, but only because we injured someone." he says. " Yeah, whatever. That's good enough." I say as we head towards the car. We get in the car and drive around town looking for a house to stay in.

we drove for a few hours until we found a mansion that had the light on in one of the rooms. Kevin and i were voted to go check it out and see if it's safe.

we left the car and entered the house. The rest of it was dark and giving off creepy vibes. As soon as we entered, the door closed behind us and Kevin grabs a hold of my arm.

Ivy: are you scared zombie boy? You're not even going to die, I should be scared.

Kevin: "its fucking dark, and i can't see shit." he says as he lets go of my arm.

i pull out my phone and switch on my torch. while i was doing so Kevin was hovering over my shoulder as soon as he saw light of my screen.

Kevin: "is that Gojo from jjk?" he said in an excited voice like he just found another weeb.

Ivy: "yeah it is, and stop hovering over me." i said trying to focus on the mission.

he backs up a bit. we made our way up stairs, sounds of a girl crying echoed on the second floor. we walked over to the end of the hall. the echoes got louder with each step i took, Kevin grabbed a hold of my arm once more.

i take my arm away from him and enter the room.

Ivy: "hello, is anyone there." i say as i slowly enter the room.

I walk around to the other side of a king sized bed to i find a small girl all shriveled up in a ball with a metal looking weapon in her hand.

Ivy: it's ok you can come out. I am not here to hurt you.

small girl: "your not one of them, are you?" she says as she comes out of her space.

Ivy: "No, you don't have to worry.

Are you here by yourself?" i asked the girl.

What's your name by the way?

Girl: Linda. my parents are in the toilet, i locked them in there cause they were trying to eat me.

I talked to the girl for a while until I could make her comfortable enough to ask her if me and my "friends" ( well some ^-^) can stay. she agreed because she was scared to be alone. after a long talk with Linda we left the room to find Kevin stand right behind the door. Linda was freaked out she hit him on the head with the weapon she was still holding in her hands. Kevin tried to run from Linda an I chased after them as fast as i could. when i reached the stairs Linda held out her weapon which so happened to look like a blow torch out, and aimed it at Kevin.
