It was already passed dinner and I haven't shown up yet to eat. Now that I have my powers I want to wield them. I want to learn how to control them. With me sitting at a table eating wouldn't solve that. So Chua and I flew to the woods. When I was walking there to bond with Chua I saw a grass field and it was perfect to train. No one was here and if I hurt something it wouldn't be the school. Chua was laying down while watching me struggle to get another lighting strike.
"Maybe you should fall again." My head turns to Chua with a glare. "That is actually an idea." I said having my normal face back on. When I fell down I took lightning with me. Maybe if I did it again it would work again. But what would it hold. What can I do with lightning? I know it's in the destruction side. Feyre has it and she knows how to wield it. Maybe she could have helped me. She likes breaking rules so being out here is breaking one. I had to make sure when I go back that no one could see me sneak back in.
"How is this not working?" I said frustratingly while focusing on the lightning. The only thing I could do is make some clouds. But what good would come out of that? "You have to learn Sano. It won't come in one try." Chua was saying while watching me fail to use my powers. This was all I wanted. Good fighter check, awesome dragon check, having control of my ember not check. I know I should learn more but everything came so natural to me. Why isn't this? Am I not worthy of it?
Suddenly Chua stood up and was growling at the sky. I looked up being confused. "Someone is coming." He said and I took some steps closer towards Chua. Who knows who will come. It could be bad people or good people. My hand went to my hi^taking out my dagger turning it in my hand until I was holding it properly. Soon Ryoko landed hard on the ground making the floor shake a bit. Jungkook jumped off his dragon. Chua immediately stopped growling when he saw his uncle. He jumped around Ryoko to say hi. A chuckle left my mouth seeing Chua indeed being a younger one. He shows it a lot in his behaviour.
"What are you doing here?" I ask jungkook being slightly annoyed that he suddenly showed up. My back was towards him as I held my right palm to Ryoko to let him come closer to me to pet him. When his nose touched my palm I felt some sparks. Some electricity came from my fingers and Ryoko didn't even move a budge. He purrs enjoying my touch. He soon backed away from me and snapped at Chua to keep him calm. "He likes you." Jungkook said sitting on a rock while opening his flight jacket. "Again. Why are you here?" This time I turned towards jungkook seeing him taking off his gloves. I couldn't help it but look at his right hand. It was covered in tattoos and it did made him so much more attractive. "Ryoko wanted to go for a flight and I agreed. For some reason we flew over here and saw you and Chua." He put his gloves next to him. His hair was pushed back a bit probably from the flying.
"For a second I was thinking you were stalking me." Jungkook let out a laugh making me taken a back hearing him laugh with something I said. I smiled feeling good he laughs. His laugh is so fun you would automatically laugh with him. "That could be an option yes." He said pushing himself from the rock. "Why are you out here though?" He asks looking at me while taking some steps closer to me. "Training for my powers but it's not working. Everything I try isn't working." Disappointment was heard in my voice.
"Those embers show up when they want to in the beginning. Did no one told you this before?" I shook my head and jungkook sighed brushing his hair back. "Well you see those embers aren't yours. It are your dragons'. Those powers belong to Chua it's just that if you bond it will go through you. That is something no one can explain why. Maybe because dragons cannot wield any power but they hold it, I don't know. But without doing it un purpose its testing you if you're worthy. Because you can ride a dragon but you need to wield their power as well. So it comes out of nowhere just like today when you fell." Whatever he was saying wasn't helping me at all.
