The Breath of Grass (草くさの呼こ吸きゅう, Kusa no kokyū) : The breath of grass is derived from the breath of serpent, and the breath of water. Because this style ties to both of those styles, the forms has an acrobatic nature, accompanied by fast and rapid movement.

First Form: Swaying Grass (壱いちノ型かた 揺ゆれる草くさ, Ichi no kata: Yureru Kusa) - The user launches towards their target before unleashing a storm of slashes which fully surround their body. These slashes allow for the user to easily cut down anything unnecessarily close to them, and much like toxic smoke and gasses, this form surrounds anything in its range and brings it to a swift end. While being one of the more simple looking forms this form is actually somewhat difficult to preform, especially when preformed in close proximity to allies. If the user does use this form near allies, they have to be extremely careful with how their slashes move around allies. The user will of course have to make sure they don't cut down their allies and instead cut down their targets.

Second Form: Under Grown Seeds (弐にノ型かた 成せい長ちょう不足ふそく種しゅ子し, Ni no kata: Seicho Fusoku Shushi) - The user actually moves quite a bit, instead of focusing their efforts on to one target the user will move between numerous opponents and as they pass by, the user will unleash a high powered slash to cleave through their opponent's neck before moving to the next. This form is best utilized when the user has to quickly take down or at least injure a multitude of targets on their own. Though, it is worth mentioned that this form can be focused onto a singular target and doing so will drastically increase the strength of the practitioner's attack, but doing so is much less energy efficient.

Third Form: Sea Grass (参さんノ型かた 海草かいそう, San no kata: Kaisō?) - The user unleashes a singular slash upon their target, but this slash is much more fluid and flexible because the user continually shifts the grip they have on the weapon which allows for increased ease of movement. This form allows for the user to easily strike multiple points on a target's body with extreme speed and with almost pinpoint precision, while not being as objectively powerful as other forms in the style, this form is well suited for striking weaker points or areas vital to a target.

Fourth Form: Fresh Rain - Dewy Grass (肆しノ型かた新鮮しんせんな雨あめ・露草つゆくさ, Shi no kata: Shinsen'na Ame - Tsuyukusa?) - This form is actually meant to be used in a more aerial way. If the user is in free fall or find themselves above their target they will begin to unleash slashes in every direction, doing so will also rotate the practitioner's body and allow them to become what is essentially a whirling ball of death and slashes. Jokes aside, the user utilizes their high powered slashes to both strike at their target and gain a greater control over their own movements so that they avoid unnecessary injury as they impact the ground. On top of being able to attack their target and possibly deflect attacks, this allows the user to easily control their own movement.

Fifth Form: Heavy Wind - Flattened Grass (伍ごノ型かた 強きょう風ふう・平たいらな草くさ, Go no kata: Kyōfū - Tairana Kusa?) - This form is better suited for movement because of how exactly it works, in this form users will continuously move towards their target but as they approach their target the user will move in random and sporadic paths in order to avoid attacks and generally make it harder to target them in any real way. While the user performs this form they will utilize concentration breathing to strengthen their legs in order to allow them to quicken their movements. However, the faster the user moves the easier it is to be affected by tunnel vision which can make it incredibly hard to properly react to attacks coming from places in their peripheral vision. So to properly utilize this form the user has to do one of two things, either maintain a solid pace relative to their own body so that they don't cripple themselves with tunnel vision. The other option being to use concentration breathing to bolster the user's eyesight in a way similar to the breath of flower's final form but this of course puts the user in danger of losing their sight.

Sixth Form: Newly Planted - The Imbued Blade (陸ろくノ型かた 新あたらしく植うえ・染しみ込こんだ刃やいば, Roku no kata: Atarashiku Ue - Shimikonda Yaiba?) - The user unleashes a 180-degree slash in front of them to cleave through a target or blow away an attack. While definitely being the most simplistic form, because of its simplicity this form has incredibly high adaptability which makes it quite the versatile technique. Seeing as this form is applicable to most if not all situations, it can come in quite handy for quickly reacting to something in a way that doesn't strain the user's body any more than it needs to.

Seventh Form: Whirlwind - Thorns of the Weeded Grass (漆しちノ型かた 旋風せんぷう・雑草ざっそうのとげ, Shichi no kata: Senpū - Zassō no Toge?) - In this form the user unleashes three hundred and sixty degree slashes all around them, allowing the user to easily cut down targets within a meter or two of them. But the neat thing about this form is the fact that as they user unleashes those circular slashes they are also utilizing those initial slashes as disguises for shorter range slashes which are meant to catch targets off guard and quickly cut them down.
