Chapter 11- Ravana outburst

Don't you dare, Ravana. You know well enough how false that is," Leo snapped at her. I could see how angry he was at that moment.

"I know I messed up, but I am sorry. I love you," she said, and I gagged at her words.

"Just because Enzo, that bastard, dumped you when he got tired of you, you run right back to me for redemption. Never, Ravana, I wouldn't stand for it, and I am never your mate. Don't make that mistake again," Leo spat at her, and I could see how angry she got, her true nature coming out.

"You will regret this, both of you. I would make sure you pay," she screamed, and I walked up to her and I slapped her. She angrily glared at me, and just as she reached out, she hit me. Leo held her and lifted her by her neck, suffocating her. I heard her choke, and I knew he was possibly going to kill her.

"Drop her, Leo, it's not worth it. Let her suffer for her actions instead," I said as I touched him. He dropped her to the ground, and without a word, she ran out of the office.

I reached out to him; I knew how packed he was by this incision. I could tell he read so pissed off. I know how he felt as I had been there before.

"The goddess paired us for a reason; don't forget that. I would love you like no other and would be more than willing to keep you," I said as I held his head. Without thinking, I leaned forward to kiss him. Just as we were about to kiss, the door opened, and I turned angrily, ready to blast Ravana again, only to see Erica.

She froze where she stood as her eyes flew open. I could tell she was surprised she had just caught me kissing a man, something she rarely experienced with me as I was more off romance.

"What is it? Why are you people not knocking now?" I said as I let go of Leo awkwardly.

"I am so sorry, it's just that Revana just left the office right now and I wanted to inform you of it," she said.

"Oh, the bitch finally ran with her tail tucked between her legs," I responded, letting out a giggle.

"Oh, I see. If you'll excuse me, I see you were quite busy. Sorry for interrupting," she said as she withdrew to the door. I knew she was going to ask me for details later on.

I giggled as she left. Soon as she left, Leo splashed with speed as he slammed his lips into mine, and I stood there lost for words. Sparks flew between us as I responded to his lips' movement, putting his arms around my neck and kissing him deeply.

We kissed until we were exhausted, and I loved it. It was the first time I had kissed someone deeply. Enzo never wanted to kiss me; he only confirmed my breath stank, so to avoid kissing me. When we were tired, we broke off while trying to catch our breath.

"I would love you for eternity. You will always have my heart," he said, and I melted deeply into his arms.
