Charlotte wouldn't talk to anyone that day as silent tears kept coming down as walked through the town while she replayed the flashbacks in her mind.
Even when Lydia tried to convince her to go with her and Allison, she refused wanting to be alone.
She just couldn't believe it she didn't believe it trust the one man she love with her entire heart was gone and she'd never see him again.
Flashback
Scott and Charlotte walked in the loft seeing Derek, Boyd, Peter, Issac, and Cora. "I know where they are" Scott said going towards them.
"Same building as the Argents we know" Derek said. "Cora and I followed the twins" Boyd said. "Then they want you to know" Scott said.
"Or they just don't care which is most likely you big dumb idiot" Charlotte said to Scott and Cora smiled at her.
"You must be Charlotte I'm Cora your future sister-in-law" Cora said to Charlotte causing Charlotte to look at her and Derek elbowed Cora causing her to glare at him.
"What" Cora said to Derek. "What is this" Scott asked seeing a map.
"Isn't it obvious the schemers are scheming coming up with a coup de main better known as a preemptive strike" Peter said.
"You're going after them" Scott asked. "Tomorrow and you're gonna help us" Derek told Scott.
"They're one floor above them in the penthouse right above Allison" Derek said. "So, kill them first that's the plan" Scott asked. "They won't even see it coming" Boyd said.
"Why is the default plan always murder" Scott asked. "Probably because it's the best we can ever come up with I mean" Charlotte said.
"I like her" Cora said to Charlotte. "I second that" Peter said.
"Just once can someone try to come up with something that doesn't involve killing everyone" Scott asked. "You never get tired of being so blandly moral do you" Peter asked Scott
"Not that I disagree with him" Peter said. "I do why do we need this kid" Cora asked.
"This kid helped save your life and you know we can't just sit back and wait for them to make the first move" Derek said.
"You can't beat a pack of alphas" Scott said. "That's why we're going after Deucalion just him" Cora said. "Cut off the head of the snake and the body dies" Boyd said.
"Only this isn't a snake it's a hydra" Peter said. "And like Scott says they're all alphas" Peter said.
"Deucalion's still the leader" Derek said. "Let's hope so because you know what happened when Hercules cut off one of the heads of the hydra" Peter asked.
"Two more grew back in its place" Scott said "Somebody's been doing their summer reading" Peter said. "Good for you Scott" Charlotte said.
Present
Cora was back at the place where Derek died when she heard footsteps. "It's just me your uncle, Uncle Peter" Peter said.
"Uncle Peter who killed sister Laura" Cora said. "Mm not my finest hour no but I'm hardly the only dysfunctional family member did Derek mention that he killed me too" Peter asked.
"Slashed my throat ear to ear" Peter said. "So that means I should trust you" Cora asked once she approached Peter.
"Actually, I'm wondering if I can trust you" Peter said. "You've known me for 17 years" Cora said.
