"Scott wake up Scott" Parrish said to Scott as he made his way to him seeing him on the ground and Scott woke up sitting up as he saw Parrish.
"Are you alright" Parrish asked him. "Yeah , yeah I'm fine" Scott told him. "You're bleeding" Parrish said. "It's not that bad" Scott said. "Why are you here" Scott asked him.
"I need your guys help" Parrish said. "With what" Scott asked.
"With them" Parrish said and shown Lydia and Charlotte.
"I found them out in the woods their bodies were freezing they were practically hydrophobic but that wasn't even the worst part it's a badge a sheriffs badge" Parrish said as Scott got up. "No it's a warning" Scott said.

"Help get someone to help me quick" Parrish said walking in the hospital carrying Lydia as Scott carried Charlotte. Nurses rushed over with two gurneys and Scott put Charlotte on one of them before heading into the elevator. Parrish put Lydia on the other gurney as he faced the nurses. "I need help I've got two 18-year-old females potentially hypothermic" Parrish said. The nurses started looking over Lydia and Charlotte. Parrish looked at Scott and nodded and the elevator closed in on Scott.

"What do you mean you don't know" Stiles asked the Dr. "Two hours ago, he was fine now it looks like somebody took a baseball bat to his neck" he said.
"There could've been some minor internal" Dr Geyer said.
"Did you say minor internal since when is anything internal minor" Stiles asked and Scott looked in a room as he stopped seeing Noah. "Stiles" Melissa said.
"I need to know what's going on with him okay Dr Geyer somebody needs to tell me what's happening somebody needs to tell what's happening to him" Stiles said yelling the last part.
"We don't know" Melissa said. Stiles noticed Scott and made his way to him pining him to the ground.
"Where were you, you trusted him, you believed him" Stiles said and Melissa and the Dr pulled Stiles off of Scott.
"Your dad's not the only one who got hurt" Scott said.
"Oh, you'll heal" Stiles said. "I'm not talking about me" Scott said confusing Stiles. "It's Lydia and Charlotte" Scott told him.

Natalie was at Lydia's bedside while Derek was at Charlottes holding her hand worried as the two twins were side by side in their hospital room.
"Everything's going to be alright girls we're going to get you the best medical care the best doctors the best everything" Natalie said and Stiles walked in as Derek saw and glared at him.
Natalie noticed Derek looking and turned to see Stiles. Natalie then got up and went to Stiles as Derek focused back on Charlotte.
"No, no you don't you're not coming in here get out" Natalie told Stoles.
"Just what, wait I think I know who did this okay I just need to look at the back of their necks" Stiles said. "I know who did this you all of you get out" Natalie said.
"Come on please you just gotta listen to me you just gotta check the back" Stiles said and Natalie pushed him out.
"Just get out" Natalie said. "Just check the back of their necks" Stiles said. "Out" Natalie soad and slammed the door in his face.
Natalie then made her way back to Lydia and looked at the back of her neck.
Derek leaned over looking at what she saw. They both saw a mark on the back of her neck. Derek then focused back on Charlotte and looked at the back of her neck.
He saw the mark and looked at Natalie who saw the same thing. "I told you to stay in the car, I told you to stay in the car" Lydia and Charlotte both said.

"They'll be well taken care of Ms Martin it's a very different place now" Dr Fenris told Natalie as she looked at the forms that said Eichen house on it.
"They'll be safe there" he said. "They'll be safe" Natalie said. "Just two signatures and Martin" Dr Fenris said, and Natalie signed the forms.
"Ms. Martin" Parrish said as he walked in the floor. "I promise I'll look after them personally" Dr Fenris said. "Ms. Martin" Parrish said again.
"They'll be safe there" Dr Fenris said then left once she handed him back the forms.
Parrish then made his way to Natalie. "Ms. Martin, Ms. Martin who was that what were you signing" Parrish asked her. "They'll be safe there" Natalie said.
"What do you mean what did you do" Parrish asked. "I did what I had to" Natalie said.

Natalie made her way back in the girl's room to see Derek still holding Charlotte's hand.
"She'll be safe she'll be with Lydia Natalie told him.
