I'm currently working with a client, Alexander Lazarus Simon. Or... trying. He isn't very cooperative with me when it comes to being questioned. He says he's taking his prescription, but the way he glances around is... alarming. I do believe that while what Mr. Lazarus is going through is traumatic, I don't really believe he'd be acting out like this while on the medication he's been offered. He does insist that he's taking it, but I feel like I might have to work on enforcing it and telling him why it's beneficial. I got in contact with many of his friends, all of them saying he really isn't getting better. I don't want to say he's lying to his face- But I might have to if he shows no improvement within the next few weeks. On the plus side, however, he's shown much more interest in talking to one of his friends in particular, who he refuses to call by name around me. My only concern is the way he says it. It might just be because he's stressed but he used a really odd tone when talking about it. I plan on talking to him again before he goes to do so. I plan to do exercises with him in terms of emotions, and hopefully get him to more fluently show his feelings with me so I can tell what is wrong.
Otherwise, he's taking care of himself pretty well! And I hope he improves over the next few days.
