Betty and I quickly made our way to school stopping in our tracks to what seems like a whole gang of serpents."Betty w-we should go" I whisper trying not to offend anyone. "Why?Hey Toni,Sweets"Betty yells.
I instantly left before the gang even made it over here. I didn't care if I didn't know where I was going all I cared about was at least trying to find my class on my own. I ran down the halls trying to find room 214 messing up my hair in the process.
By the time I made it to class Betty was there with a raven haired girl in her right and a brunette with pink and purple highlights wearing a serpent jacket that sent chills up my spine. "Excuse me you're late where is your pass" "Up your ass"I mumbled "Excuse me?" "Oh sorry,I said I dropped it on the way to class"
Toni's POV
I was sitting down talking to Betty and Veronica when someone caught my eye. "Looks like someone needs to learn the ways of Riverdale High" Veronica said making the class chuckle and me roll my eyes until they diverted back to the redhead wondering what her name was
"Lay off V she's my cousin"Betty said catching me off guard "Come on B it's a Riverdale High tradition "She's right V not too long ago you were the new student,remember how mad you were when Ethel Muggs poured a milkshake on your head."
"Whatever you guys don't have to but I'm sure mantle will gladly appreciate the gesture" " What the hell V I just told you to lay off" "Chill Elizabeth it was just a joke" before I could even respond to Ronnie's "joke" that's when she approached us. "Hey Betty uhm can I sit here?" "Duh weirdo you don't even have to ask" While I was smiling at the cousin duo Veronica was practically giving death stares to the redhead who's name is still a mystery
That is until she spoke "H-Hi uhm I'm Cheryl" and I swear that voice was like an angel coming down from heaven. "W-What is there something on my face?" "N-No you're just beautiful that's all" I said out loud by accident causing her face to be flushed "T-Thanks uhm I didn't catch your name?" "Oh right Cher these are my besties Toni Topaz and Veronica.Veronica ,Toni this is my cousin Cheryl Blossom " "Oh so..Topaz like the purple gemstone im assuming?" "Well well well Bombshell looks like you assumed right" - After School ended I rode my bike home and plopped on my bed. But then I realized the house was quiet almost to quiet "Dad?dadd?DAD!?" I called out hoping to hear a response "He must be with Ash" I thought, so I went on Cheryl's account but not in a stalker way more of I want to find out more about you way.
