Sonic's P.O.V
"Hello?" I call out again hoping to hear the voice again
Only the voice was gone
I sighed as I decided to go ask "Tails" for some help.... I look at the spot I heard the voice as I gave a somewhat smile
"Don't worry I will help you" I said before racing off
At Tails's place
Once I reached Tails's place I entered as I looked around
"Tails I need a bit of help" I called
"Sonic? Needs help?" The kit asked as he walked out of his workshop
"I know it's the first but I am serious, someone needs my help" I told him
"Who?" Tails asked
"That is the problem.... I don't know who... I just heard there voice" I replied
"Voice? You need help" Tails said as he went back to his workshop
"I am being serious it had a deep dark-" I was saying befor I saw someone move
"Sonic? You ok?" Tails asked as he noticed and looked over to see nothing
"Someone is here" I said as I walked over to where the person was
"No... it is just you and I" Tails replied as he looked at Sonic watching him closely
"No! I just saw someone move over here" I told him
"Maybe I should check on you to make sure your alight" Tails said as he walked up to me
"No I don't need to be tested, check your cameras" I replied
"Ok, I will look at the cameras but if I see nothing then I am testing on you, go it?" Tails replied but asked a question
"Ok fine" I gave in
Tails left to get his computer as I stayed in the workshop
"Why go to your friends if they want nothing to do with you?"
I jumped as I looked around seeing nothing
"Where are you?" I asked
"Besides you"
I looked and saw nothing
"No, I can't see you" I said
Tails came back to me talking to the voice
"Who you talking to?" Tails asked
"The voice" I replied
Tails looked at me wired as he got on his computer to look at the cameras..... there was a long silence between us as Tails looked at me..
"I see nothing" Tails said
Nothing? What is he talking about there is a person standing next to me.... wait a second...
"Shadow?" I asked
"Yes?"
My ears dropped as I heard the voice reply back to me.... No this can't be is Shadow DEAD?
"Sonic, you ok?" Tails asked
"Sh....shadow is here and I... can talk to him..." I answered
"What?" Tails asked
I shook my head as I heard Tails "Ok ask me a question only Shadow will know"
"Ok... ummm... Shadow, How is Maria?" Tails asked
I repeated the question
I heard a low growl "He is going on the death list"
"Death list?" I asked
"Yes"
"Who else is on your death list?" I asked
It took a minute befor he replied
"Not important right now, just hurry up and help me you don't got much time"
"Wait don't go!" I called only to receive silence
What does he mean we don't have time? Is Shadow still alive but for not long?
