This is my second poetry book!!
Sadness in the summer is just so much different than in winter or fall; it feels so distinct. It doesn't feel like you should be sad; it's just wrong. Everything always seems so wrong. Warm rainy days make me love summer, but they also hide the tears streaming from my eyes. It all blends. I don't want to be sad in the summer over someone who no longer thinks about me. I want to live. im alive but ive never truly lived, but to live i have to let go of our memories.
