Charlie let out a cry of joy as she flew over the endless sea. Her and the ninja were tracking a mutant Fangfish in the Endless Sea, but they were goofing around too. Kai let out a laugh as he spurred his dragon ahead, taking the lead. Lloyd laughed as well. "Getting ahead of yourself, Kai? Heh. I'm leading this charge."

The Green Ninja flew forward at Kai, sending the Red Ninja down and splashing him with water. Jay laughed at the scene. "That's one way to cool off a hothead."

"Hey, no one messes up my hair!" Kai splashed water at Lloyd, but he ducked and it hit Zane. The Titanium Ninja coughed, for some reason.

"You okay there, Zane?" Cole laughed.

The Ice Ninja smiled. "Affirmative. It'll take more than a little water to take me out."

Charlie looked below her, and saw a large, aquatic shape in the sea. "Oh, what about a big fish? Incoming!"

The fish lept out of the water, snapping at the ninja. They all dodged, but it went after Zane. "Oh, no!" He screamed.

"Thar she blows!" Yelled Cole as the Fangfish attacked again.

Zane nodded, talking to Pixal. "Pixal says this is the one."

"And now that he's taken the bait,." Said Lloyd. "Let's real him in and get him to an aquarium."

Charlie nodded, and turned to Kai. "Let me guess, Kai. You caught one that big once?"

Kai grinned. "Heck no. He was twice the size." The Fangfish seemed to take that as a challenge. It lunged at the Fire Ninja, but be maneuvered his dragon around it. "Whoa!"

"He's almost as hungry as you, Cole." Jay joked.

Cole grinned. "And twice as ugly as you, Jay."

Charlie laughed at her friends' antics. It was times like these that the Master of Darkness wished things could stay the same forever.

"It's time for the catch of the day. In line formation!" Lloyd ordered. The ninja moved their dragons so they were in a straight line behind the Green Ninja. The Fangfish was on their tail.

"It's right behind us." Cole warned.

They maintained a steady line right until the last moment. The Fangfish lunged. "Now!" On Lloyd's command the ninja split off, resulting in the mutant Fangfish to land in a fishermen's boat.

"Now that's what I call hook, line, and stinker." Jay joked. They flew to the docks, the boat following behind, to finish the job.

Charlie landed her dragon, dissipating it when her feet touched the ground. She felt proud of her brother for leading so well. He was better than she could ever be. Direct, strong, clear with his words. She knew that if their father was still here, he would be proud as well.

She looked over to see the Fangfish being put into a tank. "It's working!" Cole cheered. She smiled and walked over to him, but she stopped just in time to watch them get soaked from the Fangfish's splash. Charlie chuckled as they screamed, stepping carefully as to not slip. Cole grinned when he saw her, throwing his arm over her shoulder and pulled her close.

"Cole!" The Master of Darkness whined. "You're gonna get me all wet!"

The Black Ninja smirked. "If we are, then you have to be too." He pulled her into a full hug. Charlie would be lying if she said she didn't love it. Cole's hugs always made her feel safe, and they were her favorite thing in the world. She buried her face in his shoulder, holding him tightly. Cole pressed a kiss to her hair, leaving her feeling warm, despite the cold water soaking them both.
