(Amie's pov)

I walk into the house after work. Brooke walks down stairs and she's on the phone to someone. She puts it on speaker.

"Hey how was your day at work?" She asks.

"It was okay. Boring but okay" I say.

"Hey amie" I hear nick say from Brooke's phone.

"Hey nick" I say back smiling.

"Okay well I'm going to give you a day off and I'm going to cook dinner tonight" she says proudly.

"Really?" I say as she nods proudly.

"Well this isn't gonna end well" she says.

"No your not" me and nick say at the same time. We laugh and Brooke just stands there.

"Bully's" she whispers as she goes to make dinner. I leave Brooke to cook and I take her phone into the living room and talk to nick.

"So how are things in Boston?" nick asks.

"There good. How about things in LA? I've been seeing your videos get a lot of views recently" I say.

"There good. We love making car videos and making people laugh" he says. It goes silent for a minute. I start to think about Matt. After the day he left I've wanted to see him. But I know if I were to see him I would just want to hit him. Plus he's probably moved on anyway.

"Earth to amie" I hear nick say.

"Yeah yeah, I'm here" I say knocking myself out of my thoughts.

"Matts been asking about you" he says. Just hearing his name gives me chills.

"He has?" I ask.

"Yh like a lot it's kinda annoying" he says. I mean at least he still cares, but that doesn't change what he did.

"Yh" I say.

"Oh by the way we're coming down to Boston for a month to visit our parents so we will be able to see each other again" he says. I get the rush of shock. Oh shit I think to myself. If nicks coming, so is Matt. Great, just great.

"Omg that's amazing, I can't wait" I say.

"I know but you don't have to see you know who if you don't want to" he says. I think about it for a minute.

"No it fine I'm over it now" I say hiding the pain.

"Really?" He asks.

"Yep. I'm over him. I can't let it affect me forever. It was three years ago" I say.

"Okay well our flight is in two days so I'll call you when we land and Brooke was talking about you picking us up if that's still okay with you? She said you offered"
He says. Little bitch.

"Yes that's fine" I say.

"Okay I can't wait to see you guys" he says with an excited tone.
