Tyler left the game for us because apparently you can't just pause it. I think that's bogus but ok.

We got up and headed to the dinning room. When we get there I see everyone here.

Alex, Dad, and Amanda are already talking about something but stop when they see me and Tyler walk into the room.

We sit down in our normal spots, Tyler first then me. As soon as my butt hit the seat, maids come into the room with food.

This time it's traditional Italian deep dish pizza. It's my favorite pizza ever, and I haven't had it since I moved.

I wait for everyone to get their pizza before I get it but Dante grabbed my plate and gave me the biggest slice before anyone could.

I look at him with a small smile on my face and thank him, while everyone else looked at him dumbfounded.

Ever since we were little we always had to wait for dad to get his food first. I don't know why but that's always how it's been.

They seem to shake it off but Alex looks at me weirdly. I just smile shyly back at him.

We all start eating. Everyone else is talking but I'm just focused on my pizza. I swear this is heaven.

When I finally finish I look up and see everyone looking at me with small smiles. I look back at them confused but let it go. Weirdos.

Everyone else seems to be finishing up so I choose this time to ask if I could hang out with Ace tomorrow.

"Umm Dad." He looks at me with hope in his eyes and opens his mouth to say something but I cut him off. " I was wondering if I go hangout with someone tomorrow?"

"Who" he asked

"This guy that I meet on the way here." I say and hope they don't question it.

"The guy that you were flirting with at the gas station! No Avery. You can't just meet someone once and go out with them alone! He could be dangerous!" Alex shouts out looking angry.

"Look I get it. But he's really sweet and we have been talking. And it won't just be me he's bringing his little sister." I say trying to get his to let it go.

"No! You just got here and you're already whoring yourself around! Dad you can't let this happen!" He says looking at dad like and then me like in crazy.

I tear up. I'm not whoring myself around am I? Dave and his friend always said that I did but I never believed them. Is it my fault that they raped me.

What if Ace isn't actually nice and the one guy that I thought was nice actually wasn't and wanted to hurt me like everyone else?

I hear Dante and Alex yell at each other. I hate yelling. When someone is yelling it means they're mad and are going to hurt you. I thought I was safe now. I thought that now I'm back they would protect me. I should have known that wasn't the case. I mean they're the ones who left me with those monsters.

I feel tears run down my face and look down at my hands. I start playing with them, hoping to calm myself down. I feel a panic attack coming on and my breathing gets shallow.

The yelling continues and I hear new voices getting brought into the mix. I feel someone come up to me and try to touch me. That's what finally does it.
