As jade zoned back in she realized it was already morning looking at the clock it read 6:30. she sighed "another nightmare" she looked at her bedside table there was a black colored pillow there which serene used to rest on they both had gotten into a argument upon the pillow as jade wanted it to be pink or green one of her favorite colors and her snake has outright refused both colors hissing curses at her and chosen her own favorite color remembering the memory jade smiled slightly more like just a twitch of her lips she found it hard to smile these days before jade could go more deep in her thought's she quickly shook her head and got up to get ready.
Many unpleasant incidents occurred around her, serene told her it was accidental magic. the caregivers were absolutely certain it was her fault and despised her for it but without any solid evidence they could not condemn her. she had no sentimental attachments for the orphanage, the caregivers rarely gave her any parental guidance due to her independent nature, and they refused to ever look in her eyes.
Her fellow orphans hated her but jade jade could bring it in herself to care. raised without parental love and after loosing her emotions, she found it impossible to bond with them. they always pulled her hair and tripped her and called her freak but not after the incident.

They had killed her friend . she came back from library she had enchanted the matron to let her go too and what she saw made her heart squeeze her only friend was lying on her bedroom floor with her head cut off.
she let out a strangled sob "serene! serene! SERENE!" the blood on the floor was dry and her precious reptile was cold "hahahaha look the freak does has some feeling" bean and his friends roared with laughter behind her grieving figure, pulling her head to him by grabbing her hair Jason whispered "you will always be a freak" in her ear and banged her head on the ground before leaving with ben and the others.
jade got up from the ground holding her snake in her arms as she moved to the garden in slow steps. burying her friend in the ground she vowed to her friends grave "don't worry serene i won't let them get way with this I'll listen to u serene I'll take revenge sleep well serene i love you"
the next morning ben and jason were withering in pain and looked almost insane when the caregivers entered there rooms while jade was sleeping peacefully in hers.
