"I saw Juliette at work yesterday," Jaimee said, pouring some tea. "Did you, how did it go?" Zayn asked, putting a hand on Jaimee's shoulder. "I told her to leave me alone because I guess I'm still really hurt from everything that happened, and it's been more than 20 years since," Jaimee said as Zayn hugged him. "I think we should have a conversation with her, maybe even forgive her, allow her to meet her grandchildren, not for her, but for you. Sometimes, forgiveness is needed for someone to move on. You need that for yourself, my love, and I need you to be happy so I can be happy," Zayn said as Jaimee kissed him. "I hate to say this, but you're right, I need to talk to her. Let's tell the kids," Jaimee said as Zayn nodded.
"Oh, it's you again," Angela said as she walked over to Damien's table. "A little birdie told me you worked here," Damien said as Angela sat across from him. "You did lie to me, though. You have a girlfriend," Angela said as Damien smirked. "I had a girlfriend, we broke up, so I can see you now," Damien said as Angela smiled slightly. "I'm not ready to be in a relationship with you yet. How do I know that you won't cheat on me like you did to that girl? I hardly know you either. How about this," Angela said as she took a paper out of her apron pocket. "I'm going to give you my number, and we're going to become friends first. If we're meant to be, it'll happen eventually," Angela said as she handed Damien the paper. "I think that's a good idea," Damien said as he smiled. "So can I take your order now?" Angela asked as Damien looked at the menu.
"I'm glad you're staying for dinner tonight, Noah," Neland said as he sat down. "Thanks for inviting me," sNoah said, smiling. "So I'm glad your relationship is sailing well," Neland said as Connor smiled at him. "Dad, I know someone was relaying information back to you, but I just have to make sure. Was it really Grace?" Connor asked as Neland nodded. "I'm still very sorry about all that. It wasn't right of me to treat you like that, bud," Neland said as Connor shrugged. "It's okay, I forgive you," Connor said as Neland smiled at him. "How's the group thing going? Did you meet any new friends, maybe a girlfriend?" Noah asked as Neland laughed a bit. "I did meet a girl. Her name is Mary, she's really nice, but I don't know, it might not lead to anything," Neland said as Connor looked away. "Anyways, are you guys ready for school?" Neland asked as Connor stood up, walking away. "Where you going?" Neland asked as he kept walking. "I'll check on him," Noah said, getting up and walking the same direction Connor walked.
"What's wrong?" Grace asked, backing up from Zack. "I just, we need to break up, or I'm going to end up hurting you, and I don't want that," Zack said as Grace stood up. "It's Julia, isn't it? Of course, when she comes back, we break up again. She's such a problem," Grace said as Zack grabbed her hand. "It's not her fault, Grace, it's my fault, I got back with you to try and get over her, and it just, it's not working out," Zack said as Grace scoffed, walking out the room. She then called Caleb. "Yeah, we need to talk," she said as she continued walking down the hallway.
"She walked out mad. What happened?" Julia asked as she walked into Zack's room. "I told her that I'm in love with you still," Zack said as Julia walked over, sitting beside him. "We shouldn't do this, but I really want to," Julia said as the two locked eyes. "Nobody else is home, Julia. Liv is hanging out with Lexi, Damien is out eating, dads are going to get a surprise, Noah is at Connor's, it's just me and you," Zack said as he leaned in to kiss her. She hesitated, but she also kissed him.
"I'm just so glad he told you about Angela," Olivia said as Lexi looked at her confused. "What about Angela?" Lexi asked as Olivia looked at her. "So he didn't tell you then," Olivia said as Lexi shook her head. "Damien, he slept with Angela on the 4th of July party, and he told Angela that he was single too," Olivia said as Lexi scoffed. "Really?" Lexi asked as Olivia shook her head. "I also asked if that was the first time, and he looked at me without answering the question," Olivia said as Lexi scoffed again. "Well, I've noticed his feelings for me changed, and my feelings for him changed too. I have feelings for somebody else now," Lexi said as Olivia looked at her. "Who is the lucky guy?" Olivia asked as Lexi looked at her. "You," Lexi said as Olivia raised her eyebrows.
"I'm so glad you decided to meet me again," Juliette said as Jaimee exhaled. "Don't thank me, thank my partner, Zayn," Jaimee said as Zayn smiled at her. "Oh, I didn't know you were gay and trans," Juliette said as Jaimee crossed his arms. "You don't know a lot about me, Juliette," Jaimee said as Juliette nodded slightly. "Well, let's go back to the house so you two can have a long conversation, and you both know you need it," Zayn said as he started walking back to the car.
"What's wrong?" Noah asked as he entered Connor's room. "My parents divorced back in 7th grade. You know that, though, but I guess I'm just not ready for my dad to move on, you know? I was so focused on this whole gay thing that I just didn't realize that they were really done," Connor said as Noah sat beside him. "I know how you feel love, and that's a valid feeling, but you also need to learn to express how you feel instead of just walking away. Talk to your dad, tell him how you feel, and I guarantee he's going to listen because he cares and loves you a lot, and he wants you to be happy," Noah said as Connor smiled. "I love you," Connor said as Noah smiled. "I know, and I love you too," Noah said as he kissed Connor's cheek. His phone then rang. "It's my dad," Noah said as he answered it. "I mean, I already ate, but sure, I'm on my way," Noah said as he hung up. "Aww, you have to go?" Connor asked as Noah nodded. "I'll call you before I go to sleep and we can stay on the phone, bye," Noah said as he kissed him, walking out.
"Hey buddy," Neland said as he walked in shortly after. "Hey," Connor said as Neland sat beside him. "If you don't want me to date yet, I won't, I care about your happiness way more than I care about my own," Neland said as Connor looked at him. "I don't wanna be selfish about it, but I just don't think I'm ready to see you with another girl that isn't mom," Connor said as Neland nodded. "Mary and I can stay friends, okay? If that's what you want, then that's what I'll do," Neland said as Connor hugged him, Neland then wrapped his arms around him.
