corina woke up as her black eyelashes slightly fluttered open as the sunlight peered through her balcony she stayed in bed and turned to her side and looked at her hand as flashbacks flashed as she sat up and put a hand on her chest to control her breathing as her eyes widened. 'haah..haah.' she breathed in a panic. her messy silver hair clouded her cheeks as she gripped her silver strands and looked at the balcony as she saw angels laughing. she walked to it throwing the blanket off and put her hands on her marble balcony rail and looked down. she saw angels laughing and flying as she gave a slightly mollified but neurotic smile. she looked back at the latex suit on her chair and stared at it in horror as she fell backwards landing on her thorax and gripped the railing in fear as Lucius opened the door and saw Corina in panic on the floor. 'Cori-?' he asked in confusion shortly cut off from her fast hug. her arms were wrapped around him again as if he was a consoling person to her. he slowly wrapped his arms around her smaller weak body and stroked her silver hair as she buried her head into his stomach. 'im sorry i didn't mean to push you that far Corina. but we need you.' he whispered in her ear. Corina knew she had a duty to heaven,she nodded as she hugged Lucius. he continued to stroke her soft,messy silver hair as he looked at her bed. white bed-sheets with a white comforter and a white silver like blanket. her desk where she did her makeup was black and the walls were a white tanish color. 'are you ready to become the general?' Lucius asked. he hoped she would say yes because then he would have to find another. Corina nodded. 'im ready.' Lucius nodded is relief. 'ah..well i think you need time from me so ill be on vacation for a week and..one of the people higher then me will replace me for this week so..have a good time training.' Lucius smiled as he let her go and shut her door. 'w-wait Lucius!' Corina shouted. but it was too late she was gone. she put on her suit and grabbed her mask and ran out the door to the training ground and looked around. 'um,Renato! im..here for training!' she exclaimed. she looked at the sun shining in heaven and stared at it in captivation as her eyes softened behind her mask and she heard flapping behind her. she turned around and her eyes widened in mesmeration as she saw the man that was in front of her and her lips parted. his long blonde soft hair,slightly tan skin with deep marine blue eyes. his normal sized nose and plump lips with his muscular body. he looked perfect. even his voice was deep,he was wearing white general like attire and spoke in a solemn range. 'im Renato,and you are..Corina?' he asked. Corina's mesmeration was quickly gone as he spoke. 'yes! im Corina..sir' she said nervously. 'hmm,well you had quite the freakout Corina.' he sneered. he looked at the paper. 'it seems you had a breakdown after slaughtering demons..?' he asked. 'i..im sorry sir.' she said weakly. he glared at her. 'your supposed to be a general for the angelic army Corina,you cant have moment like that.' he said. 'i know sir..im sorry.' she said looking away. 'if you cant pass this course you'll be demoted and back to your current position that you were before.' he said blankly. Corina's eyes looked at his deep blue eyes again. 'ill do my best sir.' she murmured. 'lets start with flying,how fast can you fly Corina?' he asked. 'i..uh..fast..' she said timorously. 'lets test it.' he said sharply as he pushed her off the ledge as her wings sprouted and flapped in under 3 seconds as she flew up. 'what?! you can't just push people Renato!' she said irately. 'i can since im a higher rank then you,and thats seraphim renato to you.' he said blankly. seraphim?! holy shit did he just say seraphim? 'yeah..renato your not a seraphim!' she said cockily as she crossed her arms with a sinister grin. renato glared at her as his wings sprouted from his back,three pairs off wings and two small ones above his ears,they were gorgeous. corina was speechless. 'i..i..i..renato..' she said suprised. 'im so sorry i thought you were..' she murmured. 'show some respect for someone thats helping you.' he said solemnly as he looked at the list. 'your flying is good,self defense is next.' she said with a blank expression. 'wha-' corina asked dazed but was cut off as he came at her with a spear she dodged it by sliding under and he smirked,his first cocky smile was so..gorgeous. corina was captivated by his smile but moved fast as he flew fast at her. he knocked her down to the ground as the spear pressed on his neck she held it as it crushed her throat. 'gahh..' she groaned. 'giving up so fast corina?' he asked smugly. she groaned in iratement and pushed him off her as she grabbed a spear next to her and they charged at eachother as they did close combat. clanking and slashing spears. corina slid under him as she brushed the spear against his leg drawing blood, gold fluid spilled out of him as he glared at her. he won but checked her off since he was a seraphim and would always be more advanced. she drank water as she slurped it and glared at him looking at the list. 'you passed.' he murmured. 'this test will resume tommorow youve worked enough to fight me so rest tonight and ill see you tommorow corina.' he said as he grabbed his spear and his wings sprouted as he flew away corina watched in astonishment. 'wow..' she said without thinking and intently saying how she felt and immediately covered her mouth. she sprouted her wings and flew up and flew to the main city and watched all the angels and flew to a high class restaurant and landed as people smiled at her. 'oh my god thats corina the new general!' one squealed as corina walked by. she sat down and ordered a steak and potatoes and a frozen drink and a chocolate cake as she sighed and saw everyone excited around her as she hid her face with her wings. after dinner she flew back to her room and landed on her balcony and closed her door and switched to a big tshirt and no pants and got in her bed and turned to the side and closed her eyes as she slept.
