A love hate relationship

"Those sneakers are fire as fuck girl." Tara said as she imired the Jordan's Melissa had got me.

"Thank you girl they were a gift."

"A gift from who?"

"A friend."

"You got a man girl?" She asked cheesing from ear to ear.

"Nah. We just cool with each other."

"So cool that they get you some expensive ass Jordans?" 

"I guess so." I wanted her to change the subject.

"Lucky you."

"I guess." We were out chilling at the park enjoying the scenery. I learned to just slow down and enjoy the little things. I don't know what was coming over me but I wasn't mad at it. I was more relaxed. I had took another day off work. I felt I lived there. I spent all my days there and when I wasn't there I was with Melissa. I bit back a smile with the thought of her. I wondered what she was doing? I haven't saw her in the last two days because I stayed late at work. Even though I had her number I never hit her up. I didn't want to seem desperate.  I was supposed to be off for the next two days but I already knew that I was going in. I told myself that I wasn't going to keep messing with her but that always came back a lie. It was like every time I saw her I wanted her. I was still confused as to what to call myself when it came to my sexuality. All I knew is I wanted that girl no matter that I was damn near four years older than her. Her maturity level made her seem a hell of a lot older than what she was. 

"Wanna go on vacation?" I looked at my phone when I got a text and couldn't help the smile that spread across my face. It was Melissa. This was the first time she text me also. 

"Seriously?"

"Yeah just like a two day vacation."

"Where?"

"Florida."

"Really what's in Florida?"

"Food parks sex and laughter." She text me and I laughed. She always gave an answer when I asked a question. 

"I have to work though."

"Always working mama's. Enjoy a few days off. Come have some fun."

"I need to make money."

"You have cash app?"

"Yeah why?"

"What is it?"

"Why?"

"Send it to me mama's." Sighing I sent her a link to my cash app and a minute later I got a notification from cash app. Six hundred dollars was sent to my cash app. Grewing confused I stood and walked away from Tara calling Melissa. "Hello?"

"Did you just send me money?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

That's a payment for the days your going to miss at work."

"It wont come up to no six hundred dollars and what made you think that I would except that?" 

"I was just assuming but I hope you do take it. And before you go there it's not to bribe you or anything like that. I just wanted to do it so please take it." 

"That's too much."

"Used the rest to spend when you go on vacation with me."

"I never agreed to go on vacation with you."

"Please come mama's."

"Why do you want me to come?" 

"Because I wanna be with you and I want to have fun with you." I fought from blushing. "Please say you'll come."
