Can you come over?
Despite the bags under your eyes, and the red light of your alarm clock reflecting 3am, you couldn't sleep. Every time you closed your eyes, you saw his face. Felt the utter helplessness as you knelt before him without so much as a flicker of hesitation. How were you meant to fight a demon that had you at his complete and utter mercy?
Your phone dinged.
I'll be there in 10.
What you needed right now was a distraction. Something to keep you mind occupied until you were too tired to dwell on the thoughts that raced and rampaged. Something that could send you off into the sweet oblivion of sleep so deep, even your demons could not follow.
You answered the door at the knock and Law stood in the hall, looking especially haggard under the fluorescent lights of the hall.
"You lied to me earlier," you said, swinging the door wider so he could slip inside. "You look like you haven't fed in days."
He just shrugged. "You have enough to deal with right now."
You laughed darkly. "Understatement of the century." You looked at him, at the silhouette of his body against the rain-spattered window. You felt a twist of arousal at the way his damp shirt clung to his skin, at the glimpse of the dark tattoos peeking from beneath his collar. "You can always call me. Day or night."
He smirked, striding toward you with a deadly grace. How anyone could mistake him for human, you didn't know. He had always seemed otherworldly to you, even before he revealed to you what he was. You swallowed hard as his thumb traced the pulse of blood in your throat, shuddering at the scrape of nails that had grown into black talons. His eyes were luminous and yellow in the dimness, his canines sharp and white as bone against the mottled grey of his skin.
You stifled a whimper at the sweep of his hungry gaze. You had spent half your life hunting his kind. Killing them. And in the process, you had become something akin to a demon yourself. Even if mortal men were still able to satisfy you, you could not bear the weight of their touch when you yourself were unclean. Tainted.
You were bound for the fires of hell, anyway. So what was one more sin? What was a hundred more?
That was what you told yourself as you let Law draw you down onto your bed. Let him peel away your night clothes and press his lips to your breast. Let him sink deep into you until your back arched, and your fingers twisted in the already crumpled sheets.
Then suddenly it was no longer Law's hands that caressed your sides. No longer Law's lips and tongue at your neck, or his cock that filled you over and over. Behind your eyelids was only the demon that held your soul in a chokehold. It was under his hands, his tongue, his cock that you were falling apart at the seams. It was his voice that commanded you to come as you swiftly approached the peak. And it was his smug grin burned into your mind as you came harder than you ever had in your life.
Taken aback by the suddenness and swiftness of your orgasm, Law groaned, his canines breaking skin as he followed you over the edge.
You lay there, chest heaving, skin hot and tingling all over.
What the fuck? What the FUCK?
In that moment, you couldn't bear the weight of Law's body pressing you into the mattress, couldn't stand the stickiness of your skin or cling of the sheets. You shoved him aside none too gently and hurtled to the bathroom just in time to empty your stomach into the toilet for the second time that day.
A few seconds later, you felt Law's cool fingers at the back of your neck, brushing your hair back from your face. He said nothing, just sat with you as you retched and coughed until your abs burned and your throat was raw. You sat back heavily against the porcelain, relishing its coolness against your clammy skin.
