Yet again it's another time where me and Aries are not speaking. But having to be civil while in training and games days.
Well to be honest Aries has been speaking to me, she messages me every morning and every night but I don't respond
I don't know what to tell her.
But we only have a few games left till the end of the season. So I really want to get things sorted with her as I want to spend time with her during the break.
Yesterday we had a game which means a day off today. However I have invited one of my closest friends over Chuba
I have a lot of friends but I seem to go to each one of them for all different reasons and Chuba is a little older than me but sensible as fuck. His girl and Aries are cousins!
My doorbell rang and I got up from the couch and opened the door
"What's up bro" Chuba says as we did our handshake
"Good bro, come in" I say leading him to my living room
"What's wrong sanch?" Chuba asked me
"Ugh" I groaned not knowing how to answer
"Bro I don't even know" I say rubbing my face in stress and shame
"You know you can talk to me, your my lil brother" chuba says
I smiled
"I wanna tell you something but you can't tell anyone" I say
"Of course" he says
"So Aries!" I say and chuba hummed
"I don't really know how to put it cause I don't know what it is but we are more than teammates, more than friends" I say and chuba nodded his head
"Like I love her for real I know that sounds crazy but it been a long time so I can say it.
But I don't know what to say but I just needed to tell someone" I say to him
"Okay firstly let's put Aries to the side. What's going on with you?" He asked
"I don't know bro, pressure!
I thought United was a good club to come to like after the euros and shit and i thought my time had come to an end at Dortmund but everything just seems too much pressure" I say
"I understand. Football is not the same anymore it's isn't fun like it used to be.
It seems more serious now than it was
Like you can't do anything now" Chuba says and I agreed
We talked a little about the way I felt and it feel good to talk to someone especially someone that understands everything
"Alright Aries now!" He says
"Why don't you talk to her?" He asked
"She's a good person to talk to, like she understands everything cause she went through it but I don't want her to tell all my problems and it ruin what we have" I say
"Jadon it's won't ruin anything the only thing that will ruin what you have is by you not telling her anything and pushing her away you need to be honest with her" chuba says and he was talking the truth
"The thing Aries went through was so sad. The statement she put out after was so sad
No player should feel that way. The things the English media was writing about her cause she didn't want to do interviews and when she did do them she just looked not okay and she cried and shit. She will get you Jadon" he says
when chuba was talking it took me back to the time where Aries lied about having a headache and not coming to a game I went to her house after and she told me everything, she trusted me and told me
"Do you see your life with her?" He asked
I nodded my head
"Yeah! She different really different. I have a type and I always go for the same people and I just think that she is completely opposite and seems like she perfect. I don't know man" I say finding myself smiling as I talked about her
