Minho

It was the last minute of the game, Chan had been holding the ball and was double teamed by the other team's players. A black haired male with wavy hair and a majestic face, I think his name was.... Tae? Well that's what everyone calls him.

The two teams had been on a tie, 80-80. This really was interesting, I've never played or watched an active game so this was new. It was now the last 10 seconds, whoever gets the shot wins it all. I was rooting for Chan hyung, he played really well.

Hyunjin also was on the team, even though he was pretty rude when I first met him, he really seemed to care about his teammates. I could tell why Jisung liked him so much.

The ball was in the other team's hand, I really hoped one of the people on our school's team would take it before it was too late. This is just a game, but I was really into it. I've never played, but I'd love to.

It was now the last 5 seconds. The two teams were facing it off in the middle. It looked like the opposite team was taking a shot at half court. If they miss, it'll be a tie. I think that's better than saying you lost.

The gymnasium got loud, people screaming and rooting for their teams to win. My throat was already sore and hoarse, I would definitely scream. But for some reason, my mind was clouded with Chan.

"YOU GUY BETTER NOT LOSE!" Felix yelled, his deep voice cutting through everyone else. Jisung snickered looking at him. This was fun.

The moment I blinked my eyes, the timer rang. But a ball also went through the hoop. The gym was silent, everyone not believing their eyes. Chan laying on the ground, a goofy smile on his face. Suddenly his entire team started to cheer for him.

"THEY WON!" Jisung yelled, jumping up and down. Felix joined in. I felt a smile crawl onto my face, I didn't know having a group of friends would've been this nice.

Our school team cheers for Chan. It seemed that he stole the ball and shot.

"That fade was so cool," Jisung gushed. What's a fade? I didn't worry too much about it but it sounded pretty hard to do.

"Hyung, let's go." Felix grabbed my arm making me follow him down the bleachers.

"W-wait," I stuttered, my face flushing. I knew what he was up to. I tried to put more force on my heel so he couldn't drag me.

I failed miserably.

Jisung shoved me, making me end up stumbling.

"Nice shot hyung," Jisung walked past me and clapped Chan and Hyunjin's hand. Though it seemed like Hyunjin and Jisung looked a bit awkward.

"You guys almost lost," Felix jokes, his teeth showing through his smile. I stood there while the four of them initiated a conversation. I felt a pair of eyes on me. I looked up to see Chan smiling at me, his eyes soft and his blond hair was sweaty over his forehead.

"Hey," He smiled lightly, waving at me. I felt butterflies in my stomach when he looked at me like that.

"Hi," I greeted him back. "You played well." I complimented him not knowing what else to say.

"Thanks," He smiled, rubbing his nape.

"We should celebrate!" Felix chimed in.

"Who's place?" Jisung asked. "Your place hyung?" Jisung asked, turning to me. It was quiet.

"Uhh, yeah sure. My mom wants you all to come anyway." I smiled. It was a bit chilly, my sweater wasn't fighting the cold quite well. I smiled it off, thankfully no one noticed.

The five of us walked to my place, Hyunjin and Chan were behind while Jisung, Felix and I were just chatting. These two were more like twins than best friends.

"So is t-that guy coming," Felix asked me shyly. I looked at him weirdly, I've always thought of Changbin as my best friend. Seeing someone else crushing on him was a bit different.

"Yeah," I said. I saw our car parked in the driveway which meant mom probably just got home. I smiled walking a bit faster.

We reached the front door, I opened it without hesitation. Our house isn't messy, it's quite far from it. The picture frames on the wall were filled with my mom and I. My dad had his time a few years ago.

"Your place is clean," Chan complimented. Jisung and Felix settled themselves on the couch while Hyunjin and Chan awkwardly stood by the door.

"Hey hyung," Changbin came out of the kitchen with an apron.

"Oh, you got here fast." I grinned.

"Yeah, your mom picked me up," He smiled. "These your friends?" He whispered the last part in my ear. I giggled lightly.

"Yeah," I said a bit louder. "That's Jisung and Felix," I pointed to the two on the couch. Changbin nodded. "And I guess you know those two." I pointed to Chan and Hyunjin.

"Yeah he's the bitch-"

"You can stop talking now," I shut his mouth and lightly shoved him back to the kitchen.

"Oh you're home Min," My mom walked out without her apron. She turned to the people in the living room. "It's nice to meet you two," She bowed to Chan and Hyunjin who bowed right back.

"It's nice to meet you too, I can see where Minho got his beauty from." Chan smiled.

Did he just say that?

"Ahh, he really did," My mother put hand over her mouth. She looked at me smiling deviously. Not everyday I see her like this.

"That's enough of that," I stopped where this conversation was heading. Everyone laughed except for Hyunjin and Changbin. Those two look like they'd have a fist fight. I think Chanbin would easily win though.

"Dinner will be ready in a few hours," My mom smiled. "Take them to your room." She nudged me heading back to the kitchen. "Changbin will help me."

"Why me?!" Binnie sulked.

"Don't complain," My mother lightly slapped his head, they both walked back into the kitchen.

"Let's go," I grinned awkwardly.
