Childe killed many soldiers...killed many people...he was tired...he could barely stand, he had used he's foul legacy to many times. Though he thought he was safe away from the chaos as he healed.

Morax's meteor had struck him...sending him down into the ocean...Morax hadn't known until weeks later...where the war had started to calm down...he had found him...laying on the shore, unconscious...bloody, beaten, broken bones and barely breathing

-"No no no....no this can't be. When...when did this happen!? How!? Childe...fuck no no no. Stay strong please."

My heart raced as I collected him in my arms and hurried to Baizhu....he knew...he obviously had to know...right!?

I rushed over as tears filled, I couldn't lose him.

-"Baizhu! Please help me! I beg you!"

I shouted...i could hear the liyue millelith's screams and roars as they fought.

Baizhu had hurried over as we traded Childe into his hands...he gulps as he gently places Childe onto the medical bed...

-" this is the worst thing I've ever seen...what happened Rex..."

Baizhu asked as I circled around the room, I looked up staring at him...i didn't even know what happened...all I know is that there were remains of my meteor...it..couldn't have been me...right.?

-"i...i do not have a clue...i found him like this near the shore...pl-please baizhu...please"

He knew how desperate I was...he stopped asking me questions and started to work on him...

Time passed...childe fell into a long coma...for many months no signs of life were shown...Morax grew terrified even more he couldn't live to know that childe might not wake up.

He hadn't woken up for that long.
Baizhu thought that he would have to let him go...but morax didn't want to...he believed childe could wake up.
