This is the first part of my story and my first story so:
Hi
If you wondering if the story starts now, the answer is no, this is just one of the filler stories, the next chapter will be the start of the main storyline. I hope you enjoy.+-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
Piper and Annabeth stood face to face, their eyes flashing with anger. The argument had started over something trivial, but it had quickly escalated into a full-blown clash of wills.
"You just don't understand, Annabeth!" Piper exclaimed, her voice rising with frustration.
Annabeth crossed her arms, her expression stern. "I understand perfectly well, Piper. You're just not seeing the bigger picture."
Their voices echoed through the room, drawing the attention of their friends and fellow demigods. But neither Piper nor Annabeth seemed to care. They were locked in their own battle, unwilling to back down.
As the argument reached its peak, Annabeth delivered a final blow of logic that left Piper fuming. With a frustrated huff, Piper stormed off, her mind seething with resentment.
Later that day, Piper found herself wandering aimlessly around Camp Half-Blood, her thoughts consumed by the argument with Annabeth. She couldn't shake the feeling of defeat, the bitterness of losing hanging heavy on her shoulders.
And then, an idea began to form in Piper's mind. If she couldn't win against Annabeth in a battle of wits, perhaps she could strike back in a different way. A mischievous grin spread across her face as she thought of the perfect target: Percy Jackson, Annabeth's husband.
With determination fueling her steps, Piper sought out Percy, finding him near the shores of the lake. She approached him with a coy smile, turning on the charm as she engaged him in conversation. Percy, unaware of Piper's intentions, was friendly and receptive, his easygoing nature making him an easy target.
But their conversation didn't go unnoticed. Annabeth, who had been searching for Piper to make amends, stumbled upon the scene, her eyes narrowing in fury as she witnessed her friend flirting shamelessly with her husband.
"Piper!" Annabeth's voice cut through the air like a whip, drawing the attention of everyone nearby. Her anger was palpable, her betrayal evident in the lines of her face.
Piper turned to face Annabeth, her expression defiant but tinged with guilt. She knew she had crossed a line, but in the heat of the moment, she hadn't cared.
"Annabeth, I..." Piper began, but Annabeth cut her off with a sharp gesture.
"I don't want to hear it, Piper," Annabeth said, her voice cold and clipped. "You knew exactly what you were doing, and it was unacceptable."
The tension between them crackled like electricity, the air heavy with unresolved emotions. And standing nearby, Jason, Piper's boyfriend, watched with a mix of disappointment and frustration.
"Piper, I can't believe you would stoop so low," Jason said, his voice tinged with hurt. "I thought you were better than this."
Piper's heart sank at the disappointment in Jason's eyes, her own guilt weighing heavily on her conscience. She had let her anger and resentment drive her to a foolish and hurtful act, and now she was left to face the consequences.
As Percy walked away from the tense encounter, he couldn't shake the feeling of unease that lingered in the air. He found himself gravitating toward Nico di Angelo, a friend who seemed to have a calm and collected demeanor, even in the midst of this chaos.
