Picture of Jaime on the side ---> shes so pretty!!
Ok when I said that I wanted to make Jeremy jealous I never meant like this. I was watching my brother hold back his best friend from trying to kill my date. Yes, I know what you are thinking. What the hell just happened? Well let me rewind two hours before now and I will fill you in.....
2 Hours Ago.......
Arriving at the party Aiden took me to the dance floor right away. I didn't protest just went with it. I was allowed to dance with him. I wasn't tied down with anyone. We were pretty close. The music was so loud and there were so many people dancing that we had no choice but to get close to each other. Aiden was hold my hips but he didn't go below that and I was tankful for that. He kept looking over my shoulder at something. That's when he smirked and spun me around. When I looked up I saw Jeremy glaring at us (well more Aiden than me but mostly him). Ok I can put on a show. I started dancing on Aiden like if it was a music video and I was the center of attention. Jeremy followed my every move. I took my eyes off of him for three seconds and when I looked up again he was gone. I stopped slowly and turned around facing Aiden again.
"Well that was fun. Want a drink?" I nodded my head and followed him to the kitchen. There were Bacardi, Vodka, and so many other liquor bottles on the island that I honestly wanted to try them all. Aiden was mixing something together and he handed me a cup while he took a sip of his. I looked at him for a second. I didn't want to take the drink from him but then again I did. "I didn't spike it. I promise, I have a lot more respect for women than you think I do." I took the drink from his hand and took a sip. It wasn't strong but it tasted like candy.
"Wow who knew that Zac knew how to make drinks." The look on his face was funny. I knew he didn't like being called that but it suited him or at least I thought it did.
"I don't like that name cant you find some cheesy nickname like Pooh bear or something?" Was he serious? Ok then. I will make sure to put that as his contact name later.
"Fine, Pooh bear it is. Do you think that what we did was too much? I mean he looked mad enough." I know I shouldn't care but hey I am a nice person, sometimes.
"It was perfect. you were amazing. I just need to do something real quick. Come closer." I studied him for a minute but just shrugged it off. I did as I was told and took that last step closer to him. It was then that I realized what it was that he was going to do. He put his free hand on my waist and pulled me even closer to him. The heat radiating off of his body and onto mine. Being this close to him made me nervous, which was weird because I knew I liked Jeremy, but Aiden was making this hard for me instead of making this easy. My breath caught in my throat and I stared into his beautiful blue eyes. He leaned in but I hesitated at first but lost in the end. When his lips touched mine I felt like I was on cloud nine. I couldn't even think. His lips were so soft and let me tell you he knew perfectly well what he was doing. Luckily I put my drink down before I wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him even closer than he was, if that were even possible. It was when I heard the sound of glass breaking that I decided to catch my breath.
"Oops I am so clumsy. Sorry to interrupt." Jeremy was not sorry but the look on his face made my heart hurt. I felt bad. It wasn't because he saw it, it was because I enjoyed it and I wanted to continue doing it. He just walked out of the kitchen after that and I was still holding on to Aiden. I stepped back from him.
"I should go after him." All he did was nod and I was off. It didn't take me long to find him. He was standing by the water just staring at the sky. Looking at him made me see why I was so attracted to him in the first place. His chiseled jaw, the way his eyes sparkled in the moonlight (even though they seemed a little girly). I wanted him and that's why we started this bet. "Jeremy, I'm sorry." Plain and simple.
He turned to look at me but he didn't step closer. "I admit that I started it. I was the one who came after you first. I should have asked you on a date like a normal person and I wouldn't be here wanting to break his nose." Hmm taking things a little far now.
"It was mine too. But maybe you shouldn't have told him about our bet in the first place. My brother could have found out, not that I care but still. This was supposed to be between us." He sighed and dropped his head.
"I...it's...I....you're right I admit that I let my pride get in the way and I bragged about it to him. I'm sorry." He looked up at me and there was a glint of sadness in them. Honestly I didn't believe him. He's hiding something and it's going to drive me insane. I was going to say something but I heard my name.
Aiden was walking towards me with a bored look on his face. "Hey Sammy, I was going to leave and and get some food. I figured since you came with me that you'd want a ride home maybe get something to eat too?" He asked looking hopeful.
"No she's going home with me." Jeremy was standing up and glaring at Aiden.
"I think she can speak for herself. " this was getting bad and fast I had to do something.
"Guys, it's not a big deal. I'm kind of hungry so I will just leave with Aiden." I quickly grabbed his arm and pulled him along behind me.
"Want to see how much he cares?" He whispered in my ear. I was about to question what he was talking about when he slid his hand down my backside and got the reaction out of me that he wanted. I squealed and Jeremy was at Aiden's throat in less than a second.
Aiden's right hook was so hard that I felt the wind when his fist went past my face just inches away. Jeremy's nose was bleeding and Aiden had a cut above his eyebrow. It's like they were determined to prove something. I was scared that it would end badly. That's when Avery rushed in and grabbed Jeremy pulling him away, whispering something in his ear. He seemed to calm down a little, but his eyes never left mine.
Instead of sticking around I grabbed hold of Aiden and walked as fast as I could through the crowd of people and to his car. Once inside I let go of the breathe that I didn't know that I was holding. The engine started and we drove in silence. It wasn't until we stopped at a diner that I spoke.
"What are we doing here?" Confusion written all over my face.
"I'm still hungry. Grab the first aid kit from the glove compartment." He stepped out of the car and I obediently did as I was told. Stepping out of the car I laid the kit on the hood and opened it grabbing the alcohol and some wipes. He winced a little when I started cleaning the blood, but other than that he didn't say anything.
"There all done." I made sure to use a hello kitty band aid so that when he noticed he knew I was trying to make him laugh. The tension was killing me. "You didn't have to provoke him you know?" We were now sitting at a table and he was trying to ignore me by pretending to read the menu. So I kicked him. Yeah I stooped that low.
"Ow! Mate, you didn't have to do that. I was listening. Just didn't feel like answering. Besides I didn't think he would attack me. I thought he would at least yell." He tried to look innocent but I knew better.
"Yea well you're plan didn't work it just pissed him off. Hey can I ask you something though?" The waitress came over and took our orders. I wanted a burger with fries. Aiden gave me a look. "What? I like to eat, besides I work out."
"I didn't say anything. And ok what's your question?"
"Well I over heard Jeremy talking to his mom on the phone and there were something's that I wanted to clear up because they have been bothering me. Is he hiding something that I should be worried about?" He looked me in the eyes and said.
"Yes." That was all he gave me. "I will not tell you anything because it isn't my place but it isn't bad. Well for you anyway." When our food came we got quiet.
Nothing bad? What the hell am I supposed to do with that? Ugh why couldn't people just tell me the truth? Oh I could ask Jaime! She would tell me. I guess that I would have to wait until morning. I would find a way to get it out of her.
