Dear Diary,
..........
I just have nothing to say. I left Jeremy alone that night. I just walked away. How do you even respond to someone when they tell you that they are a Prince? I mean like filthy rich, I'm about to be the next King type of prince. And he has to find himself a queen. How does that even work? I thought that they picked people for them to marry. I wonder if Avery knew about all of this. Why hadn't they told me this stuff before? Were they worried about how I would take it? i mean I have been avoiding him and Jaime for some part because that makes her a Princess right?
All of this is just too much. He should have never told me. I mean I don't care but if he was thinking that I would be the one to marry him then there was something seriously wrong with all of it.
I just need some alone time away from everyone. Its been a week since then and the only person I cant seem to avoid is Aiden so I have learned to welcome his annoying presence in my life. I'm actually writing this from my Iphone because I have been kidnapped for the day. Aiden seems to think that he reads minds and knows exactly what I need right now.
He's starting to yell over the music playing I think its time to go.
Peace, Love and Help me!!
------
I shoved my phone into my purse and looked at Aiden. I had to admit that he looked somewhat cute today. Not that he isn't cute but he has his moments. He was wearing camo shorts and a simple white t-shirt. His hair was all over he place, he looked like he just woke up.
"Are you going to tell me where you're taking me? I know you are trying to distract me but kidnapping me? Really?" I had to admit that I did like this. Being away from everyone else and Jeremy. I feel bad that I haven't tried to say something to him, no I shouldn't be thinking about this right now. I have to be in the moment. Aiden will know that I'm not paying him any attention.
"No where's the fun in that? If I tell you then you won't want to come with me. So this was the only option. I promise you'll have fun though." He flashed me his hundred watt smile. "So school is starting on Monday. Are you ready?" I looked over at him. I had forgotten all about school. I knew that I eventually had to start but with everything that had just happened it was the last thing that I had thought about. Honestly does everyone think that I am over reacting? I mean how would you react? The guy told me he was a Prince! How do you handle that? AND he needs to have a wife. I'm only 18 I can't get married. I would have kept ranting but Aiden was waving his hand in my face for who knows how long. "We are here and the question wasn't a trick one." He laughed and got out of the car.
I shook my head and opened my door. Taking in my surroundings I realized that we were in the parking lot of Sea World. "What are we doing here?"
"We are going to have some fun. I work here. Despite the fact that my family clearly has money I still like to be able to say that I can take care of myself. Besides I like marine life. If you tell anyone I will deny it." He glared at me before laughing.
"Ok so you have a soft side, so what. I think I like you like this. You're like an open book. If I ask you some questions are you going to tell me that your favorite colour is pink and you sleep with a teddy bear." I started laughing. He gave me a death glare that if it had actually wanted me dead I would have dropped in an instant. "I think it's very admirable of you to want to build your own life. If I had the choice I would have chosen different parents. Not that I don't love mine it's just, never mind." I had to look away from him. He looked concerned for me and I just don't want anyone to pity me.
"Hey you turned out great despite whatever you're going through with your dad. He loves you and so does your brother. You are something special, don't ever forget that." He put his arm around me and we walked to the entrance of the park. He said I was special. I have no idea why that made my heart skip a beat but it did.
