The note itself was compassionate and really considerate of the boisterous Baker. But it was quite sudden of him, considering he only met Ennoshita for the first time and all. However it didn't sit too oddly with the brunette male and he kept scanning the words over and over, partially analysising it like some sort of script or poem. Smiling out from ear to ear from the compliment about his eyes, he put the note in his pocket to look at again whether he was feeling somewhat insecure about himself. In which, it's true he felt insecure about his eyes because everyone used to say that he looked tired all the time, even when he was most energetic.

Today he felt somewhat mild in energy, so Tanaka's compliment really gave him a boost. He may be a complete stranger to him but all it takes is a compliment to make someone's day; that is the truth of the matter.

Ennoshita: ("This is so sweet.. And today's experience was a ten out of ten.") He cerebrated to himself

It was about time he finished his lunch for the day and head his way out. He didn't want to face Tanaka as he felt that it'd be too awkward today, so he left behind a generous amount of Yen that was a bit more than what he was supposed to pay for. He stood and then in a soft tone of voice shouted thank you before leaving out the bakery doors, which Noya responded with thanks and goodbyes. After Ennoshita left, Nishinoya rushed to the back room where Tanaka was leaning forward on a table, doing what seems like contemplating.

Noya: with furrowed brows, "Hey what are you doing?"

Tanaka: coming to his senses, "Ah! Oh- Sorry bro I got.. Distracted-"

Noya: "You've been fine the whole day! What seems to be bothering you?"

Tanaka: "Nothing's bothering me, I'm fine."

Noya: "Oh stop it! You can't fool me that easily."

Tanaka: "Hmph! Have yourself fooled."

Noya: "Oh the nerve!"

Tanaka: "You ain't gonna shut up until I've said something aren't you?"

Noya: smirking, "Well of course!"

Tanaka was sort of frustrated with what he did, trying to compliment some stranger, specifically a man too which was out of his usual zone. It's the first time he seemed to like a man's appearance too and those eyes were something else. He hid his face in his hands feeling guilty as he thought he chased away Ennoshita, thinking that he'd never return, ever again. It was then that Nishinoya came to his sense and realised the problem.
