MHA: A Second Chance at Life

UA High

Today was the first day at UA High and I met with Shinso so we could go together. We met up at the train station.

"Hey, Shinso," I said.

"Hey. So you made it into the hero course, that's understandable with a Quirk like yours." Shinso says.

We got on the train and headed toward UA.

"Shinso you saw how the exam was formatted, it was a total joke for people who didn't have physical Quirks."

"I guess that's true."

We were on our phones waiting for our stop. I was looking at the hero news, some were rumors about All Might being a new UA teacher and I can only imagine what those vultures are gonna do when they try to debunk those rumors.

The train stops at a station. "Looks like we're at our stop, come on," I say to Shinso and we both get off the train.

We made it to UA and we walked through the halls. Since I was in the hero course and Shinso was in general studies, we were in different classes, I was in class 1-A and Shinso was in class 1-C. We eventually made it to class 1-A.

"Well, this is where we part ways, see you Mind Freak," I say to him.

Shinso chuckles and starts walking away. "Yeah, later ya Filthy Animal."

I shake my head with a slight smile before I sigh, put on an emotionless face, and walk into class.

I open the door and I see a few people already here. Among them, I see a girl with black hair styled in a spikey ponytail, a boy with hair that was half red and half white and a burn scar over his left eye, and the navy blue-haired boy from the entrance exam. I took a seat in the back, next to the red and white-haired boy and I waited for class to start. More people started to walk in and among those people was the ash-blonde I saw at the entrance exam who looked like he had a bad attitude and a big chip on his shoulder. The ash blonde sat at his desk and put his feet up and that's when all sense of peace and quiet went out the window, the navy blue-haired boy walked up to him and started shouting something about it being disrespectful but I couldn't care less. I hear the door open and I turn to see the green-haired boy from the entrance exam and it seems I wasn't the only one who noticed him. The navy-haired boy whose name I overheard was Iida walked toward the green-haired boy.

"Hello, I'm Tenya Iida from Soumei-"

"Oh yeah, haha, I overheard. Uhh... I'm Midoriya. Nice to meet you, Iida..."

I stopped listening to what they were saying, I honestly don't know how people have so much energy this early in the morning. The next person to come through the door was the brunette that Midoriya saved. She started talking about how the punch Midoriya threw was amazing. Seriously, how do people have this much energy so early?

The brunette started talking about meeting people and the entrance ceremony but I mostly ignored what she said, I could honestly care less, also I didn't want to be rude and eavesdrop on her conversation.

Besides, I highly doubt we'll go to the entrance ceremony because our teacher doesn't like wasting time.

"If you're just here to make friends then you can pack up your stuff now." A voice I knew all too well said. "Welcome to UA's hero course." I heard something unzip and I immediately knew he was in his sleeping bag. "It took eight seconds before you all shut up. That's not gonna work. Time is precious. Rational students would understand that."

Everyone seemed surprised Shota was here, and that makes sense, the teachers here a heroes, Shota usually stayed out of the media so they most likely didn't know he was a hero.
