Ahsoka curled her hands behind her back, staring in front of the Jedi Council. There was a moment of silence, and it was getting to her--what if they said no? This was a very touchy question, and it would devastate her if they were to decline the idea...Who knew? What if it got her kicked out of the Jedi?

Silly me, she thought. They aren't going to get rid of me anytime soon...

"Quiet, you are," Yoda stared into her eyes with curiousty. "Your request, what is?" She took in a deep breath, ignoring Anakin's questioning stare.

"...I was wondering if we could celebrate Christmas."

Windu spat out something into his cup, and Ahsoka could not help but snort. Her face went dead serious as Anakin shot her a glare. "What is this...Christmas you speak of?" Ahsoka felt heat come to her cheeks as she tried to explain the interested Jedi.

"Christmas is a holiday of a planet I once went to. It is usually during the winter..."

Plo Koon's eyebrows raised. "This holiday...what planet did you go to? I have not heard of such a thing until now." She smiled. Well, it wasn't quite visiting...it was more of a plane crash that turned into a visit...I hope R2 remembered to delete that travel log...

"I do not quite...recall. But it was a holiday of cheer and giving...I thought since we are Jedi that share those similar attributes, it would be a reason to give it a try."

Yoda scratched his head, and looked towards the rest of the Jedi Council. Anakin looked more befuddled than anything--what the blast was Christmas? And why did she drag him here to discuss it with the Council? He withered under Windu's intense glance. I don't know about that dude, but I have a weird feeling that something bad is going to happen between us... He snapped back to attention as Obi Wan spoke.

"I find this Christmas to be very interesting. I do not find a valid reason why not to let the padawan try."

Windu pursed his lips, and went back to drinking from his cup. Ahsoka had to prevent from staring too long--his upper lip had foam on it and it was bothering her.

"So...Is that a yes?"

Obi Wan smiled. "I believe so. I would, however, like to research this more. What about you, Anakin?" Anakin lifted his head, and stopped his focus at the shadowmoth flying outside.

"I guess...I mean, if I have to--"

"Great!" Ahsoka tugged at them both with a large grin. "Thanks guys! We have so much to do...get a tree and get a star and get presents and some snow..." Anakin frowned.

"Snow?"

He silently trembled as her eyes widened and got all crazy looking.

"WE. NEED. SNOW."
