"...Did you tell her?" Obi Wan looked over, walking out of the ship as quietly as he could. The ginger headed ninja of glory frowned as Anakin grunted, heaving Ahsoka over his shoulder. Her nose scrunched, and she wiggled slightly, still asleep.
"No, Obi Wan. Geez, don't you think I can do anything right anymore?" Obi Wan stifled a scoff as he counted on his fingers deep in thought.
"...No."
Anakin grumbled, holding the slumbering Tortuga carefully. It had taken so much effort to set this thing all up, and he was determined to give Ahsoka one last surprise. A certain brown headed Senator shuffled towards them, and Anakin had to prevent himself from growling.
Okay, maybe this was a bad idea.
Why even should he be here anyway?, he thought, biting his tongue softly to try to ignore the stupid grin on the boy's face. To him at least, he was a boy.
A lovestruck, silly boy that was hopelessly in love with his Snips.
It was more out of brotherly protectiveness, and maybe some unresolved anger issues. Nonetheless, it was taking more than will power not to tie up the Senator and leave him on the ship. He too had been in Lux's position, chasing after someone that he loved. However, he never expected his padawan to have to go through such a trial, let alone himself having to deal with the fact that the two were made for each other. Lux trembled as Anakin glowered over him. His eyes looked like steel.
"Senator Bonteri."
The young man gulped as he watched steadily on Anakin's lightsaber. He brushed imaginary hairs from his face to focus on something else. "Master Skywalker...I am glad that you have forgiven me with my rash actions with Ahso--" Anakin leaned in, his eyebrows knitting into a deep frown.
"Stop talking. It's making me want to change my mind."
The grizzly bear of a man then went towards the Temple, gesturing the nerve wracked Senator and the attractive carrot head to follow him. "Besides, if you talk too much, you'll wake her up. Then.." His glare intensified as Lux squirmed helplessly. "We'll have issues."
Away they went, one scared out of his mind, the other mildly confused, and the last leading the way; carrying the petite Tortuga as if she was a mere lamb. R2 whizzed behind them, making sure that they had long gone before rolling back on to the ship.
There was someone on his mind that he had to see, and he was making sure it would happen.
