OWL HOUSE: A lying witch and a warden part 1

Cinder: The owl house? She raised an eyebrow.
What it's a show about owls living in a house or something?
Genie: Nope. Trust me tho you are all going to like this show. It's actually one of Disney's most popular.
Ruby: Ohhhh how popular?
Genie: Number 1!
Emerald shrugging: ok I'm sold. Let's watch it.
Genie snaps his fingers and the screen lights up.

The owl house intro begins with The main character Luz Noceda falling from the sky then being caught by her friend mentor Eda Clawthorn on her flying staff.
Weiss: Wait does this show have magic and monsters in it?
Genie:Yep the show centers around a pre teen girl named Luz Noceda. I don't want to give away too much you'll just have to watch to get your answers.
Ironwood: Very well. He seemed a little interested when magic came up.
Cinder also interested: Let's see.
The intro continues with Eda and Luz landing at the owl house. Luz opens the front door and twirls Edas staff before tapping it down..before a smiling Eda snatches it back from the grinning sheepishly human girl. King pops up in front of them. The scene then transitioned to three empty picture slots surrounded by branches. The slots are then filled with Luz's friends Willow Gus and Amity.
Ruby: Who are those three? The glasses wearing girl. The scrawny boy and the green haired girl?
Genie: Those are Luz's friends that she will meet in Edas world the boiling isles. That's Willow Gus and Amity. 
Cinder: I thought you said you didn't want to give away too much.
Emerald: Let's just watch to get our answers.
Then the scene shows two eyes revealing them to be kings as he stands among his "army" of plushy minions. That fall on him.
Ruby laughs: Sheesh does he have enough toys?!
Jaune also laughing: I know right?!
Weiss: I personally think who ever he is he is kinda cute.
Blake: Me too.
The scene then transitioned to Luz flying on Edas staff through the isles zipping past people high five's Gus while passing him. She get to Eda and she climbs on while they with king as they continue to fly. A giant worm like monster starts chasing them. Eda king and Luz hold on for dear life while getting away from it! The scene changes to them standing on the owl house. Luz opens her hands and a ball of light floats out them into the sky. Where in a flash of light it show the title to the show.
Ruby: Wait! She used magic! Sooo cool.
Cinder shrugged:Big deal she made light magic. With the maiden powers I can do what she did watch. Cinder held out her hand and a ball of light came up out it. Cinder: See? Cinder closed her hand and the light disappeared.
Neo clapping:Well done.
Cinder: Thank you.
Qrow: Shhh I want to watch this.
The next scene switches to a young woman in a white pointed hat with a matching white top and a light purple skirt. She had green hair under hat. She carried a staff with a crystal at the top. She backflips on to a ledge staff in both hands. A giant snake before her. Gelder snake: Foolish child! I will swallow you whole! He hissed showing his giant fangs!
Pyrrah: well that's not good. That's a very big snake.
Glynda: Doesn't seem very friendly either.
Azura: Do not underestimate me Gelder Snake. For I am the good witch Azura warrior of peace. Azura suddenly kneeling down with her staff on her shoulder like a bazooka: Now eat this sucka! She fires a blast from her staff which hits the evil monster!
Gelder snake: No! My one weakness! Dying! He gets hit with another blast while writhing around in pain! Nooo!
We then see the hands of Luz Noceda one holding a live snake on a stick and a figure of the good witch's Azura. Luz:Ahhhh! And that's the end.
It's then revealed that Luz was in the principals office with the principal and her mother Camilla Noceda.
Camilla: The end of what?
Luz: My book report.
Glynda: Ohhh. Well if she was one of my students I would give a passing grade for that report.
Genie: Uhhh you may change your mind in a minute.
Glynda: What do you mean?
Genie: You'll see.
Luz: I think I knocked it out of the park.
The principal rubbing his eyes: Your book report is the reason why you are in here. He pointed outside his office window where students were running around and screaming because of the snakes attacking them.
Luz: Huh. So that's where all the backup snakes were.
Glynda deadpan: Yes. I see your point Genie. I have changed my mind about giving Luz a passing grade for that report.
Qrow: I don't know I was a teacher at signal I think I would still give her a passing grade.
Ironwood rolls his eyes: You would.
Camilla brings up a large blue fire work that had a smaller yellow and red firework tied to it: And what were you planning to do with this?
Luz lowers her head: That was for the act three closer.
Ruby: The what?! That would have been awesome!
Yang: Yeah!
Nora: I know right?! Why they got be such sticks in the mud?!
Cinder: Cause that's generally what parents and teachers are Nora. Total sticks in the mud. Like Glynda about you guys food fight.
Glynda: Ms.Fall for that remark you just volunteered for cafeteria cleaning duty for the rest of the week when we return.
Cinder: Damn it!
Camilla kneeling in front of her daughter: Mija you know I love your creativity but it's been getting out of hand lately. Remember what happened the last three times you got sent to the principals office?
Emerald: So she's been sent there 3 separate times before? So for what?
Neo: Perhaps if we watch we'll find out? She was invested in this show now.
The next scene shows Luz on stage under a banner reading Romeo and Juliet tryouts.  She was holding a spork like a knife towards herself. She was dressed up like a princess with people giving her weird looks.
Luz: Ohh happy dagger give me death! She dropped to her knees while making it look like she stabbed herself while opening the top of her costume letting a bunch of sausages linked together fly out like intestines! Luz:Bleh! The kids on stage run away screaming.
Ozpin: I would want to see her in my office for that one most definitely.
Cinder laughing: Well you got to admire her creativity!
The next scene shows Luz sewing taxidermy animal parts together. The plaque of the stand it rested on read baby griffin.
Luz: Now the final an anatomically correct touch. She opened the beak of her creation: Spider breath! Spiders came out the mouth of the "baby griffin" live ones. Kids screaming with Luz looking around covered in spiders.
Glynda groaning; I would send Luz to the head masters office for that one.
The next scene shows cheerleading tryouts. A girl with blonde hair but a pink stripe in it did a backflip and landed perfectly on her feet with other girls standing around her clapping.
Luz was off to the side dressed in a cheerleading uniform like the others holding white pom poms. She drops them:You think that's impressive check this out. She turn her eyelids inside out and faced the other girls: Blip blip. She moved her eyes around with her fingers. The other girls run away screaming.
Pyrrah looking a little disgusted: Okay while a little gross I don't think that warrants a trip to the principals office. Maybe a stern talking to.
Jaune: Yeah. At least. He shuddered.
Camilla: We all love that you expressed yourself but if you can't separate fantasy from reality you may need to spend the summer here. Camilla held out a brochure to a summer camp called Reality Check camp. It even had a kid on the brochure cramped inside a box with the words think inside the box at the bottom of the brochure.
Ruby pointing at the screen: NO! Never! Blasphemy!!
Yang: What's wrong with expressing yourself?
Neo: I would hate having to go to a camp like that! Especially with my semblance!
Blake: Yeah what is your semblance called again?
Neo: Overactive Imagination.
Emerald: Yep no reality check camp for you.
Luz: Don't worry mom I won't let you down. Luz stands up:No more weirdness! At that moment the snake on her arm leapt off and attacked the principal!
Snake: Hiss!
Principal:Aaaaah!
Luz: Uhhh that doesn't count right?
The next scene shows Luz in front of her house with her bag slung over her shoulder waiting for the bus to take her to camp.
Yang: EYeeep... it counts. It shouldn't.
Ironwood: She looks so depressed like she's being sent off to prison.
Blake: A summer camp where you are being taught to "think inside the box"? Yeah. Sounds like a prison to me!
Penny: Me too!
Camilla comes out of the house still in her scrubs.
Ruby: What does Luz's mom do by the way is she a doctor? She's dressed in scrubs so I think she's a doctor.
Genie: Well she is just not a human doctor.
Ruby nervously looks at Zwei: Wait... you mean she's a...
Cinder with a mischievous grin looks at zwei: VET!
Ruby in horror: Cinder nooooo!
Yang in horror: Noooooo the trigger word!
The dog suddenly went crazy running around the theater crashing through anything that got in his way barking and yipping and whimpering till he finally stopped under a empty seat in the theater where he shook and whimpered in fear. Cinder was laughing her head off. She thought the whole spectacle was funny.
Cinder: Ohhh that was funny! She sat back. That was worth it.
Glynda: Ms. Fall when we return that's 3 days detention for you!
Cinder frowned at that then her smile returned: Nope still worth it!
Emerald shook her head: Cinder...
Camilla hugging her miserable daughter: Ohh my baby. Don't worry summer camp is only going to be for three months you'll be so busy balancing check books and learning to uh appreciate public radio that the time will fly by.
Nora:More like the three months are going to feel like 3 years to a kid with a vivid imagination. Ren shaking his head:No one should be sent to such a horrible place.
Luz: But I don't like any of that stuff. I like editing anime clips to music and reading fantasy books with convoluted backstories.
Camilla:Mija your fantasy world is holding you back. Do you have any friends?Real ones? Not imagined or drawn or reptilian?
Luz looks down dejectedly.
Ruby: Ok this is kind of sad.
Weiss: This camp she being sent to is obviously not one she wants to go to. Why doesn't she just say so?
Blake sadly says: I'm pretty sure her mom isn't giving her a choice in the matter Weiss.
Camilla as Luz approaches the garbage can with her book: Summer camp is an opportunity to make some friends but you have to try. Can you do that?
Luz: Yes mom. She put her book in the trash.
Blake: No! Take that back out! A book doesn't belong in the trash! Besides doing that and you let them who are trying to change you win!
RW_Y: YEAH!
Camilla's phone vibrated. She took it out and looked at it: Oh! I gotta go to work. She hugged her daughter again and gave her lots of kisses on her head: Your bus will be here soon. Text me when you get there. Cuidate Mija que tenges un buen dia!
Penny translated: oh that was Spanish! She said: Stay safe my daughter. Have a good day!
Jaune smiled: Well she seems to actually love her daughter even if she is sending her off to someplace she doesn't want to go.
Pyrrah: Yeah. I guess.
Luz: Bye mom. Luz waited till her mother was gone then immediately began rummaging in the trash for her book! Luz: Wh...where is it?! Where is it?! The hooting of an owl caught the youn Nocedas attention. She looks and there standing on the ground was a small brown owl with yellow eyes. It held a sack in its beak sticking out of which was...Luz's Azura book! The owl turned around and began quickly hopping away with his bag!
Blake and Luz in unintentional unison: Tiny trash thief! You give that back to her now!
Yang: You know Blakey she did throw it away. That does sort of make it fair game.
Blake: No it does not! She was going to take it back out of the garbage anyway. That little buzzard stole it!
Luz had chased the owl into the back wooded area behind her house. She gasped when she saw the owl hopping up to an old dilapidated house back there. Luz saw the owl head inside she hesitated for a moment....
Weiss:Luz no no no Don't follow the strange.. trash thief into an old dilapidated house! Who knows what is in there!
Ruby: But she's gotta get her book back.
Nora: Yeah! She pumped her fist up! Go get it back Luz!
Luz with a determined growl ran after the owl into the house shutting the door behind her. At which point a flash of magic light came from inside the house!
Ozpin: What was that? Was that magic?
Ironwood: I'm no expert but I think so.
Genie: Don't worry all will be revealed after we take a short break! Genie suddenly poofs up a platter of nachos: Nachos anyone? He offered the tray which Nora Yang Ruby and Sun all eagerly dug into.
Blake: None for me. I'm good.
