Forget About Us is the debut solo single from Little Mix star Perrie Edwards, now releasing music under the mononym Perrie.
The track was co-written by Perrie alongside , who famously wrote 2017 smash hit with Little Mix in mind, before releasing it himself.
Perrie began teasing her solo career in February 2024, when she released an audio teaser of a song - titled Intro - featuring the lyrics 'I don't want you ever to forget about us' in reverse. The clip was lifted from Forget About Us; though the song wasn't officially announced until March 2024.
Revealing the news on social media, Perrie said: ""Here's the truth of it....." Wow. It's happening!! My first solo single Forget About Us is coming."
As part of Little Mix alongside and , and former member, Perrie has achieved 32 UK Top 40 singles, including Cannonball , Wings, Black Magic, Shout Out To My Ex and Sweet Melody .
The group also scored seven UK Top 40 albums, including 2016 chart-topper .
