Min Hwan: hey look your husband is coming towards us.

Eunji can feel a visible anger in Jungkook's eyes but she can't understand the reason. 

Min Hwan: hello Jungkook congratulations on your marriage I see you got a beautiful wife. 

Jungkook (While holding Eunji's hand): oh yes I know I got the best and most beautiful wife.

As Eunji was not good at the reading room she just decided to play along with Jungkook as she just understood that there was something about Minhwan that was making Junkook uncomfortable.

As Jungkook continues to talk with Minhwan Eunji can sense a feeling of disgust in Jungkook's tone.

Minhwan: So you are going to inherit your father's company right like your father did and did not think about others like your father did to my mom. you know what i always feel that I should be the one who has to be in your place i am more competent for all the things that you have and also your wife you do not deserve someone like her you are incompetent enough to lose everything.

Jungkook was about to punch him when Eunji stopped him.

Eunji: Minhwanshii you know what I don't know how competent you are but I am sure that my husband is the one who deserves all this because he is hardworking and doesn't criticize others like you do. and also if you are the one in the place of Jungkook I still choose him because he was the one whom I wanted as my life partner.

After this Minhwan leaves the party at that time and because of what she just said both Jungkook and Eunji become dumbfounded. after the party ends they both come back to their home for the whole ride while returning Eunji wants to ask jungkook about Minhwan but she is just too scared to ask.
