WORST PERSON TO REINCARNATE IN ANOTHER WORLD

Chapter 12: Furina

Furina was born in a secluded village near the border of the Viscount land, she have a simple life and a loving family despite struggling with their daily needs like food but they always make sure that their daughter is well feed and educated.

Furina's mother will teach her some manners as she is somehow a wealthy person in the past and her father is an adventurer who runaway with her mother and is now living in a small farming village.

Furina not only get educated but her father teaches her how to use weapon specially sword.

Furina is just a plain girl with redeeming feature but she is so kind to other people within their villages.

She is pure and innocent as people sees her and loves justice as she sees her father as heroic after saving her mother from a corrupt merchant.

Everyday is happiness in her family until that day happens.

Suddenly out of nowhere bandits attack their small village, they kill most of the adult or burn them alive, rape the women and abducted the children, her parents desperately hide Furina in their house.

Her father holding a sword tried to intercept the bandits that tried to go near their house as her mother is blocking the door.

Furina under their bed tuck in with a hay as cover in her body while she held her breath that it almost faint her out because of lack of air and she doesn't even know what is happening outside.

A few minutes later a loud bang can be heard indicating that someone use force to enter their house.

She can hear the cries and begging of her mother but her mother is smart enough to not make a hint that she have a child hiding in the bed.

Furina doesn't know what is happening in the surrounding and only hear out the cries of her mother as she is being drag outside.

Furina doesn't know what to do but remember what her father told her 'People have a strange power, I'm not talking about the magic of this world but I'm talking about the power that push people to do unbelievable thing. If you feel that you are in danger run away, its not cowardice but if your special someone is in dire needs you may feel that amazing power within you.'

Furina in despair and fear but something awaken within her heart... Maybe it's the power that her father told her, her despair blown away, her shaking stops and her mind is clear.

She grab a sword that lying in the ground.

She push the door and sees that her father is now decapitated while her mother is getting defiled by these nasty people.

A burning sensation filled her heart and without hesitation she bring down the sword in the head of unsuspecting bandit.

She decapitated the bandit while her mother look at her confused and what she saw with her daughter is a calm and collected person, she didn't make a single expression as she just slice off the head of a person.

"You! what are you doing?" The other person who keep pinning down the mother look at her with horror as she saw the face of the person who killed his companion.

As cold as ice, she just stare at the person mouth closed only a droopy eyes then she raise her sword and break open the head of the person.

Her mother get up and sees her daughter and hug her.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry if you witness something this horrible. But please... I'm begging you just run away as much as possible, please it's too late for me." She said crying in the shoulder of her unresponsive daughter while looking at the body of her husband. "Please go, runaway I have a spare money in the chest near the door. You still have future ahead of you." She said as some people are approaching them. "I will hold them her so please..." Her mother last cry as she take the sword out of her daughter hands.

Furina doesn't respond, she is in a trance state and cannot comprehend anything in her surrounding only her impulses that drive her and she only respond to the people unknown to her why she didn't attack her mother but when her mother held her and feel the warm her senses are back and she can feel the tears and desperation from her mother voice.

The bandit leader saw what happen and rush towards them and when he get near he stab the mother.

"Insolent fools, hey get this Kid!" The bandit leader coldly bark some command to his companion.

"Mo...ther..." Furina sees her mother fell down the ground still looking at Furina with desperation in her eyes.

"Boss! The knights are here!" Someone shout in the village entrance.

"Huh? Impossible this is a secluded village? How can they get here as fast as possible? And how did they even know about this?" The bandit boss in panic after learning this information. "Ey, fuck! Everyone go, go, just grab everything that you see worthy and disperse!" He said as he get up his horse and grab Furina.

But Furina with her training with her father instinctively smack the hand that about to grab her that made the bandit leader surprise at how strong this child was. "Tsk." He said and he dash off towards the back of the village opposite with the knights.

As the knights came everything is already in chaos, there are people who are dead and woman who are in the ground clearly being defiled but there is only a single child who still standing looking at the obviously deceased woman.

The Knight Captain tried to speak to the child and came at her front.

Without further ado the child sees the Knight and told him "Please, let me in with your rank." She said looking at the knight captain with a sharp and resolving eyes that made the captain surprised.
