COLTON AND TONY PERRY

Ally's POV
We're finally back from the little vacation from up at the cabin. Me and Damon are actually dating now and he is really sweet.
"Hey babe where is that little green carry on bag?" Damon shouted while looking through a bunch of other bags.
"I think I threw it in our room already." I said.
He looked at me with a smirk on his face, that's when I realized what I said.
"Our room huh." he said with a smirk. I blushed and nodded.
"Wow it's only been three weeks you don't think we're moving to fast?" He asked, his insecurity coming out.
"No I don't think we're moving to fast, we shared a bed those three weeks in the cabin." I said.
"Yeah I know but" he didn't finish his sentence.
I looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
"But what?"
"Well um never mind" he said looking away.
I jumped up from the couch and went over to him.
"No come on tell me?" I questioned.
"Are you really over Tony?" He shouted out quickly.
I was stunned I never really thought about it, am I really over Tony, I mean how can I forgive him for all that he has done, I'm over him right..... right? Ugh why is this so confusing, I was about to answer when my phone started ringing.
And just my luck it was Tony. ugh
{convo}
Tony: hey ally
Me: hey tone what's up
Once I said Tony's name Damon rolled his eyes and went upstairs. fuck.
Tony: nothing me and the guys were wondering if we could come over?
Me: um yeah sure you guys can
Tony: cool be over there in a few
Me: ok bye
Tony: bye
{end of convo}
"What did he want?" Damon said coming back into the living room with Ly in his arms.
"He asked if him and the guys could come over" I said.
"Oh.." was all he said.
"Mommy who's coming over!" Ly said jumping up and down excitedly.
"Tony and the other boys" I told her.
"Yay!! I get to see Tony" she yelled.
Damon got kind of mad, it bugs him how attached she is to Tony. He went upstairs and came back down with his jacket.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"I'm don't want to be here when he gets here text me when their gone" he said walking out and slamming the door.
Well he's pissed, but he has no right to be.
[20 min later]
'Knock knock'
Ly jumped up to go answer the door, I ran after her.
"TONY!!!" She screamed. as she opened the door.
"Hey Ly" he picked her up and hugged her as if she were his own, this made me smile and want to date Tony but he lost his chance I'm with Damon now.
"Hey boys" I said as they all walked in and hugged me, Mike Jaime and Vic went into the living room and started up the Xbox, while Ly dragged Tony to play with her and her dolls.
We've been playing xbox for a while when Mike finally asked where Damon was.
"Oh he went out for a little bit" I said casually.
"Damon was yelling at mommy" Ly said, all the guys looked at her then me.
"Why was he yelling at you?" Vic asked me.
Shit what do I say, I can't tell them it was because of them.
"He doesn't like Tony" Ly said while playing with her dolls.
My eyes got wide and all the guys looked at me. I was about to explain when Damon walked through the door.
"Hello everyone" he said while coming up to me and kissing me on the lips rather roughly and when he pulled away he shot Tony a glare.
"Hey babe" I said.
"Hey here I brought in the mail for you" he said while going to the kitchen to get something to drink.
I looked through the mail it was all junk but then there was an orange envelope. I opened that one up and read the papers inside it was a court date for a custody hearing.
I read through it more and was about to burst into tears, I got up and ran upstairs.

Tony's POV
Ally got up and ran upstairs, me being the only one who saw here ran after her.
When I reached her room I could hear crying, why was she crying.
I knocked on the door then walked in.
she looked up and started to cry more.
"Ally what's wrong?" I asked worried.
"It's Colton" she chocked out, I tensed at his name.
"What did he do?" I said angry surprising myself.
"He's....taking....me....to....court....to....get....custody....of....Ly" she said through sobs.
I pulled her into a hug and told her everything will be alright.
"No it won't what if he gets her." she said crying again.
I pulled away and grabbed her face.
"Hey he is not gonna get her okay because we are not gonna let him" I said to her, she nodded her head.
That's when I realized how close we were, I looked down at her lips then back into her eyes, then I leaned in and kissed her.
She didn't kiss back at first but then slowly did. I swear I felt sparks.
She suddenly pulled away with wide eyes.
"I'm sorry" I said and ran out the room down the stairs and out the house.
