COURT

Ally's POV

Today is the court date for the custody fight for Lyric and I'm nervous but not only because Im fighting for my daughter but also because I have to face Colton today for the first time in years.
I finally got up from bed and went to take a shower. I went and got a towel and turned the water on hot.

{SKIPPING THE PROCESS}

I jumped out of the shower and went to go and look for cloths to wear today. I settled on a dark blue dress, I put it on the bed and went to go and pick out some shoes which I settled on some navy blue heels.
I set up those then I went to go and get Lyric awake.

"Ly honey time to get up" I whispered to her.

"Ugh mommy I don't want to get up" she whined to me.

I sighed then an idea pooped into my head.

"We're gonna see Tony today" I said to her.
She jumped out of bed at his name and ran to get into the shower, I laughed and loved the thought of how much she loved Tony and how much he adores her to.

"Mommy where are we going?" She asked me coming back into her room.

"Um just out with the boys sweety" I told her, she doesn't know anything about what today is or that were about to go and met her father.

"Okay mommy" she said running back into the bathroom.
I sighed and went to go make breakfast, I make some waffles and bacon.
Then Ly came running down the stairs in bummy cloths she got a plate and started eating her food while I went upstairs to get something for her to wear.
After a while of looking through her cloths I found her an outfit I picked out a purple dress with purple flats.

"Ly are you done with your breakfast" I yelled downstairs.

"Yes mommy" she shouted back.

"Can you come get ready for me" I yelled.
She came running up the stairs, and grabbed her cloths, while I walked out of her room and into mine to also get ready.
I threw on my dress and then my shoes, then I started on my makeup in put on a pale pink lipgloss and I did a winged eyeliner that was really it.
I then got a call from Tony.

{convo}

"Hey you ready?" He asked.

"Yeah we're ready you coming to get us?" I asked.

"Yeah I'll be there in a bit with the rest of the guys" he said.

"Okay bye" I said.

"Bye" then we hung up.

{end of convo}

"Ly Tony is coming for us" I said walking into her room.

"Okay mommy I'm ready" she said.
We then heard the doorbell ring I went downstairs while Ly said she was going to go and get something really quick.

"Hey Tone" I said while opening the door.

"Hey" he said then gave me a peck on the lips.

"What are we invisible?!" I heard Jaime say.

I laughed and said hey to them while they all gave me hugs.

"TONY!" Ly screamed while coming down the stairs and jumped into Tonys arms.

"What's up kiddo?" He said.

"We should get going" I said while looking at the time on my phone.
Me and Ly got into Tony's car, while the other boys piled into Vic's car. We started the drive to the court house.

"Tony can you do me a favor?" Ly asked from the backseat.

"Of course kiddo" Tony said.

"Can we listen to this?" She said with puppy dog eyes.
We looked at what she handed Tony and it was her 5 seconds of summer CD, I laughed while Tony just looked at me he didn't get was so funny, he put in the CD and it started to play but Ly told me to Skip to the song kiss me kiss me.
She started to sing along to it right away.
I laughed at Tony's face when the song was playing, through the whole ride we listened to 5sos, finally we arrived. We got out of the car and waited for the other boys to get out of Vic's car, when they finally got out we all walked into the building.
I told Ly to sit down with the boys while I sat down in front. I went up to my lawyer and sat next to him.

"All rise for the judge" they said we all stood up, and them sat down.

"We're her today for what reason?" She asked.

"For custody over Lyric Olivia Anderson" I spoke.

She nodded.

"So Miss.Anderson tell me why Lyric should be in your custody?" She said.

"Well Lyric has been with me her whole life she lives I a good and safe environment and she has had no harm done to her and I'm all she knows and has she is comfortable with me and she is my daughter." I said to her.

"Mr.Emerson why should the child be in your custody?"

"Well your honor I want to get to know my daughter and let her know she has a father and be there for like I haven't been given the opportunity to." He spoke.

"And why haven't you been givin the opportunity?" She asked.

"Because your honor I've been in jail." He said.

"And why?" She said.

"I was charged with abuse towards Allison Anderson while she was pregnant with Lyric" he spoke with shame in his voice, I cringed when he used my full name.

"Okay I have all I need I'll be back in a few minutes." She said and walked out.
I got up and walked over to the boys and Ly, Lyric ran up to me and jumped into my arms and I hugged her I then sat her down, then I felt a tap on my shoulder I turned around and saw Colton there I felt Tony stiffen up behind me.

"What do you want Colton?" I said harshly.

"I just wanted to say sorry for everything I did and I wanted to see Lyric if you would let me right now?" He asked, I nodded.

"Hi Lyric my name is Colton and I'm your dad." He said.

She looked at him very confused, I was angry I didn't want him to tell her that he was her father not yet anyway.

"No Tony is my dad." She said back.
He looked angry but stayed calm, I was shocked that she called Tony her dad I looked over at Tony and he was shocked to but he also had the biggest smile on his face, Ly then ran to Tony and tone picked her up.
Colton looked at Tony with anger but before he could do anything our lawyers called us back to the front.

"All rise" the man said.

The judge came back in and sat and then we all sat down.

"I've come to a decision and here by grant full custody of Lyric Olivia Emerson to Miss.Allison Anderson" the judge said and banged the gavel. I was so happy I have Ly I don't have to give her up.
I ran over to Ly and hugged her and kissed her head, Tony then came over to us and pulled us two into a hug then before you know it were in a bish group hug. We then left and went home and ordered pizza for all six of us and built a fort and watched a movies all night.

I'm just so happy that I won and I still have Ly.
